Review 1：We were told this was their "closed day" which meant we had no restaurant available, no use of warm pool or other facilities as billed. Very disappointing. Internet was sketchy at best, furnishings basic and minimal. Had to drive far to eat dinner"

A baby crib and seat was provided for our little baby. Tasty breakfast. We greatly recommend since we'd come again ourselves if we visited the area again.

Review 14：if you didn't drive the car, u can't find this hotel . it's in the Forest, no bus no train. And if you can't speak German, be careful that the staff speak poor english , even can't understand what u say.

Review 16：We found the price/quality ratio very poor. The hotel describes itself as a 4 star hotel and certainly charges for a 4 star hotel. Our impression of the room was of a 3 star hotel. The beds are of mediocre minus quality and the mattresses squeaked when getting up or down it turning. Breakfast selection was very poor and disappointing. Bathroom had a cockroach which was not pleasant to find. Next days we stayed at a hotel at almost half the price and much higher quality. We will not return.

Review 18：Schonwald where hotel was located was a quiet attractive village. We were disappointed with Triberg. main road through the middle and nothing much to recommend it other than the falls.

Review 21：Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was great enjoyed the heated outdoor pool in the middle of a winter night. Location was perfect. My wife and I loved having our own table reserves for us in the dining room. Dinner was amazing and the breakfast buffet was great, lots of choices and fresh.

Review 24：If you want a spa experience this is an okay hotel. It all costs money though. To get in the sauna or in the tanning bed. It all costs money. Our room was VERY out dated. The bathroom was newly remodeled, but the rest was very out dated. Also, the ad says breakfast is included and it is not. It is 7 euro a person and not the best German breakfast either.
