Review 1：Small bathroom and beds. Water heats slowly. Parking very narrow for bigger cars. Dated elevator. Breakfast only until 9:30, even at weekends.

Review 3：The area was not good - in fact we holed up for the night and left as soon as we could - even worried a bit about leaving the car outside!

Review 11：Although the room was newly redecorated we found the accommodation very uncomfortable because the bedroom and especially the bathroom were tiny. The bathroom was especially awkward with no surfaces for cosmetics or toothbrush/paste, inadequate hooks for towels or clothes.

Review 16：It is convenient for the Cathedral, centre and station. There was a good choice at breakfast and there was both secure parking, at an additional cost, or on street which was free in the evening and on Sundays. The water was hot and plentiful.

Review 17：The person in the room next to us on the 5th floor came home at 3am every night and then proceeded to make as much noise as possible banging doors, cupboards etc so we didn't get much sleep.

Review 18：The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was in a good location - just 3 mins walk from the station, 20 mins from the Rugby stadium in one direction and 20 mins to the beautiful cathedral and town centre in the other direction. Good India and Chinese restaurants close by.

Our room didn't face the road and we had a decent view. Breakfast was fine . The bed was comfortable enough and the wifi worked, as did the lift! The location suited our needs and there was a late night grocery store around the corner as well as lots of other shops and a great Patisserie

Review 28：I was passing through Clermont-Ferrand on my way to La Bourboule. Albert Elisabeth was close to the station in a quiet street near the old town. I slept well and woke refreshed in time to enjoy a quick look at the Cathedral and Notre Dame du Port before continuing my journey. A most satisfactory experience.

Review 56：WiFi was inconsistent. The hotel has a weird system whereby you must return the key to the front desk upon leaving; otherwise, your room will not get cleaned. Nobody explained this to us, so our room wasn't cleaned for two days. Breakfast was overpriced and poor quality compared to other local options.

Review 68：we have stayed hear before but had a room at the front with a balcony. the room we were given smelled of foul drains and mould, no mould could be seen. the bathroom smelled horrible. we also noticed that all our clothes were covered in white dog hairs, made me feel sick. not what I expect and wont be staying here again. the parking was ok, our motorcyle was squeezed in, we had requested this parking before hand so dont go without pre requesting, you may not get in. the town is a short walk away and is a nice town to visit. I would not stay here again

The hotel was exactly what we had hoped for - a welcome relief from the anodyne Travel Inn formula; in the old style but with all modern conveniences. It is in a pleasant (admittedly traffic street - but there is double glazing) location 10 mins walk from the shops and restaurants.
