Review 1：If you prefer things to be new and shiny, then this isn't for you. Otherwise it's quite ok.
Review 2：The owner is very friendly and sociable. Free parking and free bikes. Location is good, close to the beach. The apartment is spacious. Towels, hairdryer provided. Separate wc. Wifi was fine.

Review 4：Absolutely great location! 5 minutes to the beach, to a restaurant. A lot of free bikes, no problem with parking.
Review 5：The outside is marvellous, the inside a bit dated, but otherwise kept tidy and clean so can't really complain. There are quite a bit of rooms there so can get a bit loud in the evening if you have rowdy neighbours but ours kept quiet after say 10 pm so no problem there.
Review 6：Fabulous if you're travelling with pets! Owner unbelievably nice, our dogs had the whole huge garden for themselves and just a 5 minute walk to the lake where they could take a swim. So, great location, great garden, really close to the lake, not a lot of traffic around. Great value for money!
Review 7：The appartment itself is quite basic (furniture, doors, appliances etc) but it was what we expected.
Review 8：Location is great, a short walk to the lake with a few beaches and a 15 minutes bicycle ride to Klagenfurt. Good quality bicycles are provided for free. The hosts are very helpful and caring.
Review 9：There were no Elevator and we stayed on the 4th Floor. The grass was not well cut, hindering the children playing in the garden, we could not even use the slide. The apartment we stayed was with old furniture and the curtains not even cover the windows.
Review 10：The staff were very nice and polite. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the train station and to the lake and also close to some restaurants. Free Bikes to hide near the lake.
Review 11：The apartment is near a rail station and you can hear the trains passing by. There are only very few facilities for children. Playground facilities were broken and not possible to use.

The apartment we got was very large and has everything needed and they even suggested doing our laundry (we came to this apartment after two weeks travel across Austria). There is place for BBQ. The apartment is near the lake – a few minutes walk

Review 14：The host was very attentive to our needs. The appartment is clean and we could find everything we needed. We could use the bicycles the whole period. They were in very good shape. We even could pick 2 new bicycles which were more comfortable for us.

Review 16：The area was beautiful! Very close to the lake, right by the train station, easy access everywhere. It is a quiet street. The apartment was spotless, modern and with a fully equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space even with people sleeping on the fold out couch. It had lots of natural light and opened up onto a large terrace and a big beautiful garden. The owner was very friendly and Mae us feel like we were at home. He even drove us to the local supermarket so we could pick up some groceries. He was also very responsive when we had a few issues with the wifi (it just needed to be rebooted and after that worked perfectly).

He also provided bikes for the family to use, locations to visit and where the shops were. The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. Our teenagers appreciated the wifi! Review 42：The owner is super friendly and helpful - although we were staying only 1 night our laundry was cleaned and dried. Also there is a huge range of bikes to choose from completely for free, both for adults and for kids. We also liked the playground and toys on the grounds. The apartment we had was very spacious and with every piece of equipment you can think of. The apartments are very nicely placed 5 min from the lake. There are various routes for bikes nearby. Highly recommended for families with and without kids.

Review 46：This provides a home away from home atmosphere. The laundry is done for you free of charge a bonus for any traveller. Apartment was fully equipuped with kitchen lounge, comfortable bedroom, private bathroom and separate toilet. Outside there is a lovely terraced area with large grassed area for children to play. Plenty of toys are provided for the children and even bikes for the family to use all free of charge. This place has been one of the highlights of our trip.
