Review 2：Quiet & relaxing environment, cleanliness, friendly & helpful staff, the beach is ok, nice location & view, open buffet for breakfast & dinner is good, but it needs more varieties. overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

There is no place of drinking water you have to carry with personally or u have to go down stair in another cafeteria where need to pay. all management completely annoying. pool and beach is in poor condition , sea with rocky!! Review 15：1) Staff are not very professional 2) the front desk guy was a bit rude , we were traveling as group of friends( boys and girls) , he gave me a very bad comment while checking in by saying ( Sorry visits in the rooms are not allowed for your notice) as if he was doubting we are traveling for unappropriated reasons, i avoided making a problem for the bad and rude and impolite comment to be given to a guest,i just mentioned that problem to the reservation manager before leaving, he apologized decently , and excused for the negative and rude comment . But i doubt he will do anything about it. 3) there was no one at the front desk by 12:00 am for serving the guests . 4) pool is amazing but small, in crowded days i think it will not be enjoyable 5) At dinner, the place was very crowded, no place for everyone to sit, the guy from the hotel made us stay on a table with a couple that we don't know which was not comfortable for both of us .

Review 16：The location is very good, it's 2 mins to porto sokhna, the beach is great , although it has a lot of rocks but the hotel has build a small in water bridge that you can walk on till you pass the rocks to the sandy waters, the dinner and the breakfast overall were good, good varieties and good taste, the room itself is very good, clean, big bed, big room, with balcony , the hotel has security cameras everywhere for safety. The pool is nice, on the sea ( you can see the waters from inside the pool). There is a good thing if you are traveling as family that there is a pool for children.

Review 17：The rooms are not clean and furniture is old and not maintained. Th quality of food offered is much less than the quality of food offered in 4 stars hotels.

Review 47：I loved the place so it would be un fare to say I did not like it. the hotel need some renovation but considering the situation of the past four years and the lack of truism this is expected. The beach is lovely, the sand soft but with hundreds of cigarets buts in it. There are ashtrays on the beach so I blame it to the bad manner of some people.

Review 48：We stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. The bay is wonderful the hotel charming. we were very few people but the little buffet was prepared with care with a taste of home cooking. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony and our room had been spotless cleaned. the staff was so gentle and acting either in the beach or at the restaurant and reception. We did not use the pools because we love to sit at the seaside but they looked very clean. the sea is beautiful and even though there is no reef we saw several fish in the water so you can snorkel a bit. It is mandatory to wear beach shoes to enter the sea. There several meters of pebbles before going into the sea and the bottom of the sea is rocky, no sand. But this on one side. On the other side where you can see some small boats there is sand and you can enter the sea without shoes. We will certainly go back again. We live in Cairo so this hotel is only 2 hours by car. It is a perfect place for long or very shirt holidays.

This impression continues throughout parts of the hotel, but especially the road to cross to the beach which should be tile or asphalt. The beach needs to be cleaned properly every day and trash removed. Water in the pools need to be recycled and outdoor showers repaired. Kids zone needs to be cared for as swings are rusted or broken. There is a beautiful amphitheater which is unused that would be great for events and concerts. The food is great, but more fruits need to be added to the menu. The rooms are clean so is the bathroom but it lacks basic items such as soap for hand washing and tissue paper.
