Review 8：A very small but irritating and puzzling inconvinience was that while our room/apartment was decently equipped with kitchen tools, there were no dish soap and no spunge or brusch. Meaning if you arrive Saturday afternoon when the shop is closed for the weekend (were this was sold for less than a €), you cant make your dishes until monday! Why?

Review 9：A wounderful (Wounderful!) garden with all kind of interesting plants, birds and cats, a good restaurant with descent prices, a nice (cold) pool, a good room and great location by the beach. A place to relax, mainly inhabited by elderly tourist when we were there in Januari. A bus takes you to Santa cruz in 15 min for about 1€, taxi about 8-10€ if you need more city life.

Review 10：Reality? Sauna twice a week only and pool that is unsuited for swimming, just too dirty and cold. Strangely, when we told sales clerk, we only interested if there is sauna as advertised, we would stay. You might guess ... except we weren't told it will be an additional cost per person as "Terapia/Salud." At checkout we were surprised of the cost, considering we paid more than all the other hotels on the same street! After checking out if this "the way things are" in La Palma, we learned just as anywhere else, the sauna use is part of the room cost. Was this "Terapia/Salud"? I wouldn't call therapeutic, when there is no control over when it is turned on & off (it got switched off in the middle of "Terapia," then had to wait 30 minutes to get it back where it was. Nor can be called therapeutic, when the relaxation time is spent on a hard bench (no chairs or bed) in a drafty room. Naturally, the steam room was out of operation. How was this "Terapia/Salud"?! When we addressed the clerk at checkout, we were told it was in the book in the room? I guess it was meant to be catch 22.

Review 12：The hotel was above and beyond our expectations . Great location - close to the beach. spacious and equipped rooms with a kitchen , living room, bedroom and balcony . The inner garden with a pool in the middle is very nice , and there is a supermarket inside the hotel. Excellent hotel with a great service - recommended!

Review 18：DONT EAT IN THE HOTEL AFTER 8PM. Staff are focused on setting tables for breakfast the next day and you are not made to feel welcome. Before 8 is fine. We didn't realise this was the cloudy, windy side of the island. if we visit again we would stay on the west side.
