Review 1：some minor maintenance issues with the shower, extra bed and the curtains

Review 2：the location on the golf course is fantastic, the place is so relaxing and quiet, good access to the beach via the Grand Hotel which comes in the package by default the highest standard place in Ain sokhna

Review 3：When a hotel is rated 5 stars and you are paying 5 star prices, youexpect everything to be 5 star, especially the food. Towels andbathrobes provided whether in room or at pool look horribly old andneed changing. Breakfast was horrible, horrible coffee, very lowstandard and quality of food. Pancakes and waffles looked like yellowplastic kiddie kitchen pretend rubbery toys. Horribly runny scrambledeggs. The a la carte menu: we ordered a simple pasta with garlic andolive oil, and they used horrible garlic powder instead of freshreadily available garlic. Bell peppers cover every single dish at thebuffet. Overall a good hotel but food is typical sub par Egyptianstandard despite an Italian female manager who was on her employeescase expecting better from them

Review 4：Facilities of hotel were good. Beautiful pool and nice beach relative toother Ain Sukhna hotels. Staff friendly and very well informed. They hadone good fresh fish dish, the rest of the food be it pasta or burgers orfries by the sea were definitely not 4 or even 5 stars

Review 5：The pool is so small and there was only one!!. It's more like a hot tub than a pool. There was no any other source of entertaining except taking the the shuttle to take you to the other hotels in the compound. .Kids were so bored They don't pesticide the grass Well, we stayed at the balcony for an hr. and ended up going home with bugs bites everyhere.

Review 6：The hotel crew, were very nice and helpful and always smiling saving no effort to make you happy. When I call the front office asking for anything, they answer my request promptly!! The hotel was clean especially the restaurant, it was spotless.

Review 11：That the triple room is just a double room with an extra bed and it was expensive. The extra bed is not comfortable. The breakfast is not that good. There is not even good coffee available, and any drinks are extra on your bill even if you have a half board room.

Review 15：I am very upset and disappointed that me and my daughters were barred from using the swimming pool which I consider a total disrespect and discrimatory to my religion, to top it all the guy that's working on the pool treated my daughter like a criminal that have committed a serious crime I have traveled around the world and have not been treated like this , this is a total disgrace specially happening here in egypt that is about 85% Muslim population I think I was robbed as I paid the hotel price but was unable to enjoy all of its facilities.

Review 25：Rudest staff! The manager was threatening to call the police to kick us out because I had my best friend over at the room. She was scolding us about how we entered the hotel at "5 am". Ridiculous, my own mother doesnt speak to me like that. Also everytime we entered the hotel they bothered us with a new problem!!!! Rudest people and staff ive ever encountered...they need to fire all the staff and hire new people because it's literally a sinking ship at this rate. This isnt a 5 star hotel,its not even a 1 star hotel.

This hotel is very good for accommodation only during business trips , but not for kids and family trips swimming with long swimming suits are not allowed in the pools , but it is not a big issue as this is one of the hotel conditions which I knew about before my checking in There was a pile of dry leaves in front of the balcony

Review 45：Nothing at all I paid the highest rate for the special room for golf view the the gave me the ground floor as there is no view at all and i was looking to the street I requested the as I was there early morning to have the chance for a good view as I booked he gave it to the german foreigners the spatial bar rejected me as I was alone and policy it should be couples and this was ridiculous the receptionist told me the my booking included dinner I told him no I booked bed and breakfast he insisted that I have dinner in the end after taking my dinner the told me the they are sorry and I have to pay this was ridiculous... the staff was rude and lazy and poor service and I was quite confused and I'll not repeat it again at all

Review 46：Old towels and linens /Thalasso spa and the swimin pool are not in the hotel but in another hotel (the Grand) and you've to reach there by a golf cart. The staff is not smiling, young age and lack experience, they don't know how to smile The kitchen is very modest despite of the few number of guests compared to Grand hotel. The description of the hotel in Booking.com was not true. It was written in a hidden way to give the reader the impression that the swiming pool and thalasso spa were inside the hotel. This should be amended as soon as possible
