Review 2：Comfortable villa, steps from famous hiking trails. Excellent restaurant (dinner only) right at the property and supermarkets nearby

Review 5：Truly hidden means difficult to find, car hire is an absolute necessity and you have to be a good driver to negotiate steep roads of La Palma. Also, swimming can be challenging as the nearest beach is around 15 mins by car and the sea can be rough - use the pool at the villa instead.

Review 7：We didn't mind the 45 degree angle of the roads from the apartment but for some older people and those who have difficulty walking it could have been quite a strain. Even with a car you felt you were on a steep roller-coaster. A warning in the advertising about the steepness of the terrain would help to avoid problems
Review 8：Picking blind can be a problem but we were very pleased with the size of the apartment and the comfort. The kitchen was very well equipped with new pans and utensils though the addition of a non-stick slice for the frying pans would have been useful. There is only one restaurant in the village and the food is wonderful. No english so take Spanish phrase book.
Review 9：Very steep turn down to the apartments and very steep climb back-a car is essential though. It was cold in the apartment which had no heating-it was January. No supplies e.g. washing up liquid or scourer so we had to buy our own and as we were there only 4 nights it was a little irritating.
Review 10：The large terrace overlooking the pool and sea. Peace and quiet apart from the singing of the wild canaries which were lovely. The ability to walk to signed paths straight from the apartment. The Puerto del Sol restaurant owned by the apartments-double the price of other restaurants we ate in at 67E for 2 courses each with wine but lovely different food-modern and well presented and beautiful view of the sunset-and we could walk there!
Review 11：In the kitchen was missing sponges and dishwashing product. And because of this the pans was still full of fat... Every 2 days every towels was changed but no extra toilet paper...(what is unlogic for me for 1 week). We chose this appartment as well for the pool, but it was dirty and it needed the hole week to clean it and refil it. So we could take an appartment cheaper (still from Colon). The communication per e-mail with the onner is not very clear, we wanted to rent a car only for 1 day for the arrival and see for after but he understood the hole week and the money was taken from my account with no confirmation and no bill the day we should arrive.
Review 12：The location is good and quiet. Possibility to go for a walk in the volcanos from the place. The view is beautiful and impressiv but better only from the upstairs appartments. Free wifi.
