Review 1：Throughout my trip in Europe, i love this place the most. It is very near to the train and bus station (bus station is next to the train station). The fact that not much tourist at that area, make it a quiet place to stay. The tourist center is just apposite the hotel. The room is spacious and the breakfast was simple but plentiful. You will be provided KONUS card which is the reason we stay and this hotel. The owner was very helpful in providing information about the area. If you walk up towards the cathedral you may find several bakery shop where you can get a decent bread and pastries. Will definitely come to this hotel again.

Review 2：The place is a bit noisy, especially when guests open and close the doors of their rooms. The rooms' locks are using keys and and the key chain is a bit heavy, but it's still acceptable.

Review 3：The staffs are nice, the room is clean. The location is 10 minutes away by train to tourist attractions such as Titisee Lake and Titisee Badeparadies. The best thing is the hotel gave free train/bus card, which is valid during your stay and can also be used to travel Freiburg.

Review 8：The room is great, very clean, with a very confortable bed. It's located in a quiet square, just next to the Neudstadt town center, were you can get bakerys, bank, pharmacy, etc...The breakfast is simple but very good and the staff is friendly and speaks english.

Review 9：Dinner waitress was an elderly woman with a less-than-pleasant disposition. She was working alone and overloaded with tables to serve, leading to long wait times for service.

Review 11：We had an attic room, which had a velux window and you can't have the electronic blind down and the window open. As it was a very, very hot night we had to have the window open (and were still hot) but this then meant the room was light at 5 am. No evening restaurant/bar

Review 13：No air conditioning. Rooms at the front of the hotel would get road noise if windows left open, however electric blinds are available to block the afternoon sun out to minimize excessive heat in the room. WIFI weak at times on the top floor.

Review 15：Breakfast was ok: below average to average, limited selection and lower quality compared to other hotels I have stayed; however, the seating area was large and was nice. The hard boiled eggs fell apart in a liquid mess on the second day and the first day the eggs were gone by mid-breakfast. Overall a minor quibble compared with all the other pluses at this hotel.

Review 16：Super helpful staff, actually asked me if I had any questions and provided help to where things were located. Most helpful hotel staff I have encountered in Germany. Great location about two minutes from the train station. Hotel provided a bus pass so getting to Titisee from Neustadt was no problem. Room was modern and private bathroom nice. Wifi was a champ, no issues. Will return to again if I am in the area.

Review 17：Loved the location, train station in front, great pub on the left, lovely little Italian behind and tourist information on the right. Brand new bathroom, clean and comfortable bedroom. Standard cold meat breakfast.
