Review 1：The rooms were poorly furnished,not well maintained, no hot water, the food was not good and i got a bad stomachache after having a juice from the beach bar.

It was just like they had an agreement to give us a feeling of discrimination, starting from signing an acceptance on conditions highlighting that vield women are not allowed to enter beach or pool, then prohibiting kids from bringing thier football inside the hotel. Before check out i was blocked out of my room for 25 mins as my access cards were blocked since 11:25 am (checkout time 12:00pm).

Review 28：Stayed there during the feat vacation and I will summarize my review inthe following points1. No value for money (too expensive and u get nothing in return. 2. Room size is good but was supposed to be garden view but turned out to be overlooking the street and work area. When we asked reception to change the room they stated that yes they have these rooms but they are fully booked although we booked a garden view one and paid more than double the normal rate . 3. Furniture a bit worn out with a very old 14" TV 4. Mattress not clean. 5. Dinner buffet - was good with limited varieties 6. Room did not include boiler and when we asked for one they first refused saying that standard rooms don't have such equipment but when we insisted they brought it. 7. At the beach they refused to bring a chaise mattress for our child stating that the hotel is fully booked and they should keep them only for adults although no one was at the beach then yet again when we insisted they brought one. 8. We asked for a waiter to get orders for juice they ignored us. 9. When I got injured while playing beach volleyball and asked for ice, they said that they didn't have any as the ice maker is not working but when I insisted they brought it. 10. Breakfast buffet is very poor and quality of food is terrible ( the worst ever ) 11. Overall the staff is totally unprofessional and reluctant to work. It was my first time to see such amateur staff lacking the basic ethics of hospitality. They are always chatting together and ignoring people.

Review 37：This comment from someone is not his first time to spend holiday in this hotel but the visit number four. I have been going back for four years but this is the end. My person advices don’t waste your time and your money things change in this hotel. Management of the hotel interfered with type of swimming costume around the swimming pool with bad manor, also when we complained with nicest way but zero respond for the hotel management. The food Standard was below average also animation team was very poor for my kids and others kids, in the past years we use to enjoy this services but not anymore. I wasted £1500 of my money for nothing.

Review 61：A lot of crowded from raven bird(gorab) on the beach and on the landscape , this is a big problem and need urgent solution. As regards the breakfast buffet pastries are not fresh at all and need revaluation, waiters didn't come to service till 7:45AM just only 2or 3 waiters and their boss too with no one passing with tea and coffe until this time , it seems to be help your self. As regards dinner buffet, dessert needs also revaluation as it's bad. For this high expensive money I except more from this hotel, that I wish to be considered as it is a lovely hotel

Many of the items were not fully cooked..for example, the potato salad the potatoes were almost raw, same with the steam vegetables. We brought both these items to the managers attention and he heard our concerns. On our final night, the food was better, but still cold. Ice cold. Nothing says ick like cold roast beef in gravy. Or a delicious looking beef wellington that is cold. Epic failure.

Review 112：We were a group of friends in the Ain Sokhna area and wanted a friend of us to visit us for an hour by the beach. The staff insisted that we pay a day use of 300 L.E (45 US $) for him to join us. We tried to discuss this with the manager that we are his guests and our friend is just dropping by to say hello. I would say the manager was rude and unprofessional in his discussion with us. This resort is not value for money. There are other alternatives that are way better. Would not reserve there again
