Review 1：Bathrooms were terrible. Shower doors were broken in room 209. Also hallways were clogged in the am with laundry carts which made it difficult in the hallways when using the stairs or elevator.

Review 14：We only stayed for one night which was a shame as I could have spent several nights there and used all the facilities. We were travelling home to the UK from Munich and broke the journey up. We will be returning next year sometime.

Review 16：This was a last minute booking on the morning of our stay in Germany due to better weather in this area, so we very pleased to be given a room at the front of the hotel over looking the Mosel. While there is some road noise with the windows open of a night with them closed a such a quite road this was not a problem. Bathroom with shower was 1st class with hair dryer and toiletries should you need them. The room was huge with comfy beds. Wifi is limited although I could get online just sitting at our window at was near reception! There is a desk top in reception for use if needed. Breakfast was wonderful, one of the best selections we have experienced. There is parking at the front (4) and a car park at the rear (approx 6-8). We could not get parked at hotel, but unloaded our bags and parked in the free car park over the road, not a problem. Great pool in the basement, although we did not get chance to use it. We have stayed in Zeltingen 3 times now and we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Restaurant and bar right out front overlooking the Mosel, lovely

Review 18：We were offered a front room with balcony on the top floor overlooking the Moselle for only an extra $10. It was fun to watch the boats go into the lock.

Review 19：The both of my wife and I had serious diaries in the early morning afterhaving dinners. I also vomited twice. The management said that we shouldcheck out as scheduled because all the room were booked on the day wescheduled to depart. We wanted to extend the stay as both of us were notwell enough to travel. After that I checked the booking.com and foundthe same category of room was available for my booking. But I did notwant to stay any more as the management was not honest.

Review 20：Het was een gezellig hotel met zeer propere kamers. Het ontbijt was uitstekend ! Ideale ligging om in de periode rond Kerstmis de kerstmarkten te bezoeken van Bernkastel-Kues, Traben-Trabach,... De wijnkelder was ook zeer gezellig.

Review 28：It is close to the wineries I visit. The staff is friendly andefficient. The rooms are always clean and restaurant is quite good.
