Review 1：Good location when driving as it is near to the motorway. Also 20 minutes into the town for a good look around after a day in the car. Would recommend this hotel for a well earned break.

Review 2：We liked the location of the hotel with regard to the motorway. The checking in was quick and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we had to leave quite early but judging by the description left in the room I'm sure we would have enjoyed it.

Review 5：Unfortunately our air conditioning units in both rooms of the family suite didn't work so we were provided with fans ... Leaving the rooms at 28 degrees Celsius. Customer service dealt with complaint and we were compensated for this issue.

I ended up having breakfast elsewhere as they wouldn't serve me the Express Breakfast at 9.50am; it's only available from 10.00am (ir before 6.30am). As I'm not a big eater in the morning I didn't want to soend 12 Euro for the breakfast buffet.

Kept all paperwork and when we stayed at hotel l'Angleterre in Bourges, asked if staff could add points. They called Le relais and points were added immediately!!!!

Review 29：The room smelt stale when we went in. The winter thickness downie was out of place in ambient temperature 26C. After a long days driving a shower would have been nice so the clogged shower head which did not shower but dribbled from the centre over a bath with lethally slippery surface, no grab rail, was disappointing and should have been binned long ago. The howl of motor-bikes on the dual carriageway just outside the window did nothing for a peaceful night's sleep.Maybe we got a bummer of a room and the other side is fine?

Review 30：Some difficulty in finding a way into the parking, which was convenient once found. Reception was friendly and helpful and the Bar convenient. The breakfast was fine.

The steakhouse recommended next door serves bad quality fast foopd meals only and should not be recommended by hotels under your brand. I was not the only person who complained!! The reaction of your staff was that they don't understand english. Room facilities old and selections at breakfast poor.

It was very easy to find, on the outskirts of Clermont Ferrand, and it was nice to have a swim in the heated pool after a long journey. The buffet breakfast was good and parking on site and free. We would definitely use the hotel again for an overnight stop.
