Review 1：A bit worried that they couldn't find my booking when I arrived. Soon resolved!

Review 2：Excellent food and choice. Very helpful staff, without being intrusive.

Review 3：The reception staff could have smiled a little more and been a bit more welcoming. Check out seemed a little matter of fact and cold without wishing us a safe journey or a 'hope you visit again'. I have worked at reception in a 4* hotel and it's the least I expect. More information about how dinner and other aspects of the hotel worked. We had to figure a lot out by watching other guests who seemed to know more than us. The dinner food was good to begin with but by the end of the week it was more canteen like and the vegetables were overcooked and cold.

Review 4：The pool area was lovely and the housekeeping staff were excellent, our room was spotless everyday. The view from our room was excellent as well, looking over the pool, out to sea and a direct line of sight of the airport runway for my plane loving husband. The breakfast was good as well, with plenty of variety and a lovely terrace to eat on.

Review 5：We asked a bedroom for three (2adults and 1 child). The bed of he child was badly, the wooden bottom was broken. Even a child of 6 couldn't lay in it. When we came in the room, there was a terrible smell of cigarettes.

Review 6：Wi-fi practically available only in the halls downstairs and near the reception. In La Palma standards it is a big, touristic hotel so you'd better plan more time for whatever you need in reception and do not expect a finca-like tranquility.

Review 7：Facilities generally work, rooms have balconies, which is great. Not far from the beach, pool opportunity, parking possible with some effort in summer (but easy in winter). Los Cancajos is my least favorable location in La Palma but very convenient for flight or ferry. That is why I often choose H10 for 1-2 nights probably the most convenient for this purpose in the neighbourhood.

Review 8：Furniture and decoration: the hotel needs urgent refurbishing. Extra bed was terrible, very uncomfortable (inappropriate for a 4 star hotel). Smelly.

Review 24：The location was close to the Los Cancajos Beach. The hotel had arranged a Sylvestari Gala Dinner for the New Year eve. The hotel has good facilities. The overall feel is quite good & impressive. The view to the beach from our rooms was sidewise...but not a big deal.

Old 80's style, falling apart, and every channel had snow/static. - Advertised Sauna was a real disappointment. It is very small, simple and old. No, proper quiet rooms or other facilities that usually comes with Sauna. It's just one small room with a shower. Also, you have to pay to use it, not 4 Star standard at all.

Review 52：The evening entertainment - for a 4* hotel I am appalled to be presented with something as awful as the duo "singing" there (esp. her... she can't sing, was out of tune). It would be better if they just put on a music DVD...
