Review 1：A quiet and civilised part of the overall south coast resort, enjoyed the very comfortable living area, the excellent TV and DVD provided-BBC World available-, the rooftop terrace with a view to sea was impressive, the kitchen provision was excellent with in flat washing machine, the sandy beaches of Maspalomas are a short drive (though you will need to pay for municipal car park if you want to get quite close) or a healthy and scenic promenade walk away-the local beach is scenic with good amenities but too rocky for family swimming, nearly always sunny in this part of island so you will need to book early, this accommodation will be fully booked quote quickly, the rates are higher in this region but good value when you find out how much it would cost you to buy a property here
