Review 1：Apartment itself not very well looked after. Hadn't really been cleaned before we arrived, only minor but dusty/dirty floors and some marks on furniture. The bigger problem was broken equipment. The shower in the main bathroom had a broken head so not easy to use, it also leaked a lot on the floor so we all ended up sharing the single en-suite one. Although the shower head wasn't in much better condition it didn't leak. No plugs available for any of the sinks or bath, including the kitchen. Quite a few of the cupboards were broken and the beds were not very well put together. Passable just but didn't feel very safe to move about on. It was also very short on kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. In the main living area is only a two seater sofa. For an apartment designed for 4-6 adults we couldn't work out where the rest were supposed to sit? At the dining table I guess as that had six seats but only if you drag it away from the wall.The roof space actually had a Jacuzzi fitted which seems like a great idea but it looked like it hadn't worked for many years. Extremely weathered and mostly broken. If you are taking children don't let them near it with the broken panels and sharp edges on it. The staircase to the roof was not guarded either so do not leave children un-attended on the balcony. (Or request a lower floor)From the roof space it is possible to access all the other upper floor apartments and the main staircase for maintenance so security not as good here, keep the balcony doors locked when not in.There are photos on the website of a roof Jacuzzi on the main building. Ignore these as this has fallen into dis-repair also so it's not useable.The advertised coffee shop no longer exists either, the seats laid out on the patio have all gone and the shop itself is closed up. The on-site restaurant is only available to the hotel part of the facility and only for breakfast.

Review 2：Good size rooms in the apartment. Excellent balcony with Good sea views (on our 2nd floor, lower down could be obscured). Good to have roof access with more outdoor space (top floor only). On site pool was excellent and well looked after. Next to this is large area with some tree shading, a great space to relax if the Sun gets a bit too much in the height of the day - Good idea!! The grounds were well looked after and clean. Security is very good, perhaps a little over the top in places to access the apartment needing several keys. Underground parking is available under the same block the apartment is in. Worked out cheaper than advertised for us if staying for more than a couple of days. However a slight con - be prepared to be very good at parking. Anything more than a compact car and it's difficult to get into the designated space. It's on the coast road to the South of the town so less than a minute to reach one of the more quieter beaches.

Check-in times for the apartments are from 17:00 until 20:00 and the keys have to pick it up at the Hotel Alcocebre Suites, Cami d'Atall nº 64. Those arriving outside of the receptions opening hours must contact the property in advance.
