Review 1：The food in the Restaurant fairly average

Review 2：We loved the friendliness of the Staff The hotel was lovely and warm and very inviting , this was our second stay and will certainly go again

Review 3：The only thing we really didn't like was the bathroom door. It has a 3cm gap right round and is frosted glass. Since we were a group of friends, we would have appreciated a little more privacy, rather than having our friends who were watching TV from the bed, being able to see what we were up to in the bathroom!

Review 4：Very clean, modern, comfortable and in excellent condition. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful and polite. We asked if we could borrow wine glasses from the bar to drink wine in our room and they were happy to help. We also took our own bottle of wine to dinner and asked if we could drink it there. Once again it was no problem and they were happy to pull the cork out for us. In the room, we loved the shower which has a massage feature on the shower head. There is also a speaker so you can hear TV from the bathroom. The mini fridge was bigger than normal too and we were able to keep a few items in it.

Review 5：The terrace with the swimmingpool was disappointing, the view is nice but they really should renew it - most of all the floor...

Review 6：The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, the hotel is not in the center, but there is a bus only 2 minutes from the hotel (in 5-10 minutes you arrive at the cathedral).

Review 7：Car park a nightmare to get into and very tight. Would be really bad if you had a large car. Room very small and a bit tatty for the price. Had much better, bigger rooms in Madrid and Barcelona for same money.

Review 11：First nigth hotel dinner meal in the bar was a disaster. Very long service time, awful white wine, salad lacking printed ingredients we had to remind to get.... Kitchen problem, not the nicely servig staff. Have to say they had a buffet reception in main restaurant. Bathroom would welcome some stuff to hold while in the bath tube. And for towels.

Review 14：The pool and Jacuzzi on the roof... lovely after a long journey in the middle of town! Also only a short 15 min walk to the Corte Ingles and c/ Navas in the centre of town and all the bars and restaurants. Also only a 10 minute drive to the Alhambra. Great place and location for a short stop.

Review 18：The rooms were comfortable, well appointed and clean. No complaints about the facilities or the staff...all were fine. The hotel would probably suit business travellers rather than tourists as it is a 15-20 minute walk to the older and more interesting part of town (approx 5 euro for a cab ride). This Granada is a city where you do LOTS of walking, so the walk back to the hotel at the end of the day was never going to happen.

Hotel said that they have room service but I rang the room service number twice and was told on both occasions that there was no room service, if that's the case need to take room service out of the info book. Would be helpful if they had tea/coffee making facilities in room. Location is not good at all if you want to be in the centre of things!

Review 37：First it started with the parking spot: apparently the hotel has two parkings (one right below the reception and the other one being across the road). We were directed to the one across the road where inevitably all cars get damaged because of the steep ramp. Turns out there's no underground connection with the hotel so you have to climb back the steep ramp with all your belongings and walk back across the road to the hotel. Then we were given a smoking room although we never really asked for one. After we made a complaint we were placed right next to the "housekeeping headquarters" meaning that our sleep would be disrupted every morning at exactly 07:45 by slamming doors, Spanish curses and yelling etc. One day we decided we wanted to rent a scooter so we asked at the reception to check for us where we could do that - the answer we got was shrugging shoulders... And one last thing let the name Hotel Andalucia Center don't fool you - there's 15 min walk to the center.

Review 38：We requested a baby cot on booking, but on arrival at 10pm it was not in the room and had to wait for just over an hour for it to turn up. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Review 60：The left doesn't work correctly! I stayed blocked in the left (ascenseur) about 1 hour and finally the stuff proposed to me to have a juse for free as a kind of excuse! I dont speak spanish, I speak english and french, had a problem to communicate with the stuff in English.

Review 67：If you are driving, parking is a slight hassle here. The hotel's main parking is usually full so you have to park in a basement across the road (still owned by the hotel).
