Reviews for Hotel Villa Románica
Review 1:Nothing not to like
Review 2:The room was 1st class with its own balcony and view of the breathtaking backdrop to the rear of the hotel. The secure garage parking for our motorcycle was a real bonus and was free. Staff could not have been more helpful. Would def return to this hotel
Review 3:The bed was a bit uncomfortable but the location and view more than made up for it.
Review 4:The panoramic view from the (huge) terrace was absolutely amazing- I think it was the best view I have ever had from a hotel room!
Review 5:The hotel is very old world and comfortable, could not fault a thing. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Would have spent more time there if we could. We were able to safely park our motorbike in an underground car park. The old town of Ainsa is so beautifull
Review 6:Greeted with total indifference, begrudgingly changed our room to the double that I had requested originally. The dining room looked like a second hand furniture store or auction room, scruffy, dirty and uninviting.
Review 7:The balcony from the bedroom, looking over the street outside and the rooftops was compact but room enough for two small seats and was a lovely place to sit watching life go by.
Review 8:We were left on our own a bit too much during our stay, the person running the hotel was not on premise (low season)
Review 9:Great location in the historic part of the village. Large garage to park motorbikes (not for cars)
Review 10:My girlfriend cried when she saw the view from our balcony....It was stunning, the pyrenees in all its glory. A beautiful medieval village setting. We slept in and missed breakfast time but the staff happily fed us anyway. It was perfect. A great place for a romantic getaway.
Review 11:Need a few more instructions on access, wasn't a problem, just didn't know we needed to access the site by contacting the guy in the pizza bar to open the bollards, driving down the cobbled lane and parking opposite hotel.
Review 12:The location, in the old medieval town just of the square and castle. Nearby bars were great and food was great.
Review 13:parking is far (10 min walk) and might be hard to find parking spot in the crowded season it is possible to bring the car temporarily in front of hotel in order to unload luggage/passengers but navigating the narrow alleys is quite scary
Review 14:right in the heart of one of Spain's most charming villages with wasy access to restaurants and cafes Very close to Ordesa National Park
Review 15:Hotel location is excellent. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Plenty to do in the area with white water rafting and horse riding through aqua Blanca's.
Review 16:We had a fabulous spacious room with excellent terrace (you may be looked over by other visitors). The views were stupendous and as a bonus, we had a fridge in the room to enjoy cold drinks overlooking the views over river and mountain peaks. The family who own and manage the hotel are lovely and accommodating so we are surprised at some of the negative comments - ignore them! Of course the parking situation in high season means a short trek with your luggage - this historical city is a wonder with fab bars and tapas etc We are going back very soon - and for much longer!
