Review 1：staff are totally un trained to work in 5 stars hotel, i rarely found one smiling to us Front desk are not taking care of there appearance Hotel have a rediculous policy of not allowing food & beverage into the hotel including children food so i couldn't take my children food inside also they don't have market inside I have never seen such policy in any other hotel Also lack of maintenance, i had hard times opening my rooms door, door lock will open from the 10th trial and the staff know about this problem with no action to fix it

Review 3：I had a business merting during my stay at the hotel for few hours. The forced the two visitors pay 800 EGP for only entering the hotel. I wanted only to invite them for linch at the hotel. But they considered them comming for day use. They stayed for two hours comming from cairo only. Alrhough in cairo you can invite any person at the hotel restaurant any time without paying any fees other than the food cost. Second comment tge food taste is very bad.

Review 4：The staff needs training on customer service. I found the staff very unhelpful and moody. The housekeeping staff's attitude was appalling. It's a shame because it's a good hotel with excellent location. But I highly recommend some serious and intense training for staff to have a more friendly and helpful approach towards the guests in the hotel. The rest was all good.

Review 16：The Lobby Coffee Shop/Bar is pitiful. We sat down, and waited 20 minutes for a server to notice us, then another 5 minutes for him to come over and ask what we wanted. We left and came back. This time it was 15 minutes wait for someone to come over, another 10 minutes for them to bring drink menus. We ordered fruit juice, and asked for a food menu. After 10 minutes we got the menus. Another 15 minutes for the juice to arrive, and we ordered a sandwich. It took 30 minutes for the sandwich. All in all a terrible example of customer service!!!!!

Review 49：I was absolutely appalled at the horrible level of cleanliness of the room; the bathroom had cigarette stubs and ashes from previous tenants, the bathroom fan due to not being cleaned regularly was blowing out dust. All surfaces were not clean and sticky, under the bed looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, sheets were stained even inside the closet there were spill stains and the balcony door doesn't lock and we were on a ground floor! I hadn't been back to a Stella in a while and it's really sad to see the level it has reached I unfortunately will definitely think twice before ever returning.

Review 61：I have chosen this hotel based on a friend's recommendation - Turnedout to be a very bad decision!I booked two deluxe rooms, one with a sea view for my family, the first room was ready on time, and the other one not. Where we (all) checked in in the one available room, it was smelling like a mixture of old cigarettes and socks. The room door and the balcony doors locks don't work (important as i have a 3 years kid), the door frame wood is broken as if someone tried to smash it open. The bathroom was smelling like a public toilet on a very busy train station on a hot day! Called room service, line was busy for 30mins. Finally someone picked up and send a service guy on. The gentleman was very polite and kept apologising, and he tried his best to fix the door issue.We hit the beach as there was point to spend any more time in this junkyard room. The beach was quite nice and the hotel does have a good potential because of the its location. By 3.30pm I went to the reception to check if my 2nd room was ready, but it seems another customer has been checked in!! The receptionist did managed to find me another room after 30mins struggling with their system, during this time you hear different kind of horror stories from other unhappy customers coming down to the reception to complain (e.g. checking in and finding someone sleeping in the room!).The 2nd room was not any better, again falling apart with the same distinct smell and the same not working door locks. I didn't feel okay stepping into the shower as it didn't feel clean (ended up doing so wearing my flip-flops!). It feels to me that this hotel used to have a golden age where every used to be in a working condition, but somehow they stopped doing any maintenance after it was built. The rooms are in serious need of upgrading, and most importantly of a sound-proofing! You hear every single word your next-door guest is saying, every person walking outside!

Review 64：I have been here twice now and know why I keep coming back. Gorgeous hotel, pool snd location. Probably the best beach along the Red Sea! Nothing to do outside hotel as literally in the middle of nowhere! However loads to do at the hotel. The animation team were brilliant and kids club amazing. The shows in the evening organised buy them were soooo good that we just had to come back night after night! Yoga, beach fitness, volleyball and football all organised by them were fantastic too! We went during Easter break so hotel was packed which was the only down side.

The receptionist and manager were not understanding at all and were very rude and ended up making us throw the food as we weren't allowed to enter with it. The next day we saw people come into the hotel with a bag full of beverages and snacks and they we're let in with no problems so we didn't understand why they were inconsistent with enforcing that silly rule. Also the alarm in the room next door was going off all day/all night and we complained multiple times but no one fixed it. It was sometimes difficult to sleep. Also the food for breakfast and dinner wasn't very good. Overall, would not recommend to a friend and wouldn't go again.

Review 101：Stella di Mare in Ayn Sukhna is a nice place to spend a relaxing weekend. The hotel has a nice big garden, a beautiful big swimming pool and the sandy beach is ideal for family with kids. The hotel offers a variety of bars and restaurants. The favourite one was the sea food restaurant by the beach, very fresh ingredients and the fish was actually cooked in the most simple and delicious way. Yo have to try it.

Review 128：First when i enter to check in at 3:30 PM and receptionist ask to wait till room finished instead of my check in should be at 2:00 PM , after waiting 15 min i go to my room and wait front of it 30 min till house keeping finish it. There is bad attitude towards clients even from hotel managers and It is forbidden for muslim women to swim with long swimming suit and they make a noise and problem with all guests on swimming pool, it is a very bad image in 5 stars hotel, I went with my friend to talk with duty manager and he gives us irrational justifications, At breakfast you should go to put your room number to reserve and wait for your turn, and when you enter there is no clean table and you should ask for everything many times , no glasses, no plates , delay the refill of open buffet, no drinks at dinner. I advise everyone don't to go there and I check out early from this bad hotel

Review 129：Design of swimming pool and some decoration in reception and restaurant.

Review 134：It was rhe worse exprience with the hotels in Egypt , the blanket was stained with blood drops, chairs were broken, no place in the restaurant , food quality and variety were very very poor .. The hotel over all did not meet my expectation and i would rate it with 2 out of 10 ..

Review 135：Only one thing I am Muslim with hijab they didn't allow me to swim in the pool. I wear same material of my husband and my children's swimming cloths. I didn't get it. illogic
