Review 1：Honestly can't think of anything!
Review 2：The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. Room is comfortable with private bathroom. Breakfast is amazing!! So much food and so much to choose from, and they give you a bag to take away items so we never had to buy lunch - very well presented too. Free parking on site. Wifi works great. Location was also perfect - an awesome stay, really nothing to complain about. Definitely recommend it.

Nice not to have to use the car for four or so days having toured the northern Black Forest on the first part of the holiday. the Hochschwarzwald Card and KONUS card were brilliant giving free , train, bus and boat trip on the lake and free access to the 'must do' Badeparadies water complex. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Rooms newly refurbished to very high standard

Review 18：Only problem in the room was that there was no air-con or fan and it was quite hot. That's a shame as other than that the room was perfect.
Review 19：A great location very near the lake. Staff are all very friendly and helpful and the room was nicely decorated. The Schwarzwald card which was provided as part of our stay was also really useful (lots of activities are discounted or available for free with this card!)
