Review 1：Peace and quiet of hotel and resort with a lovely beach and bay for swimming. Many lovely walks nearby and lots of delightful restaurants around the resort

Review 2：Breakfast could have been better organised its a bit of a free for all, you have to use a hand juice squeezer to make fresh orange juice, they need a better system.

Review 6：Not related to the hotel at all, but the quality of food in the village restaurants is very mediocre and overpriced. Much worse than continental Spain. Despite Port de Soller´s location far away from Palma, it´s very much catered to the average tourist with bland taste.

Review 8：We had to change our allocated room as the floor tiles in the shower became loose. This room was in an annex round the corner from the main hotel building. We were offered an alternative room in the hotel which was fine.

Review 9：The location is very good just a few minutes walk from Port Soller town centre. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and had a good selection of hot and cold food.

Review 10：There was a noise the hotel thought was caused by a water pump above our room. It started at 0600 and woke us both days. They couldn't fix it.

Review 12：Although the quality of the food at breakfast was good there were not enough staff to clear tables or cutlery, crockery, teapots etc which were continually running out, and no such thing as a milk jug. Squeezing your own juice might be a nice idea but it takes too long and queues form all the time. It would also be better if tea and coffee were brought to the table with the cups. It used to take us 15 minutes to collect everything we wanted before we could sit down to eat.

Review 13：The hotel had an excellent location and was very clean. Reception were friendly and helpful and the bar/cafe was reasonably priced and provided good quality cakes and hot drinks during the day as well as alcoholic drinks. We can recommend the latte coffees.

Review 34：This is a small, friendly and very well run hotel. The food and service are very good and the reception staff are extremely helpful. The location, right on the promenade, means that it is really convenient for the beach and it is particularly pleasant having breakfast and dinner outside, just a few feet from the sea.

Review 37：We had a spectacular view of the bay and our only complaint was one night after the entertainment stopped there was 1 noisy table that did not care that anyone was trying to sleep. They had an irritating drunk nanny with them and two very small children that should have been in bed hours ago. We complained 3 times and the hotel did tell them 3 times. Not the fault of hotel. Third time is the charm.

Review 45：While - or, because...? - an interior decorator must have been involved in making the good-looking design decisions for our room and bathroom, we found some things very impractical for an ocean front hotel room with a beach and a pool. Most importantly, there were only two small hooks in the bathroom - one for each of our towels - and no logical place to dry our swim wear. But of course, if that's the "worst" of your vacation experiences, then you're still in paradise...

Review 46：The location is wonderful and the view is fantastic when you have a room facing the waterfront. Although, walking out to the pool at the back of the hotel, it looked as if the mountain views from the rooms in the back were very pleasant, too.

Review 58：We where in a one bed apartment in the annex our apartment was on the top floor with no lift so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs as we are a mature couple this was quite hard if we came again I would ask to be in the main hotel. We where on holiday with family of all ages it is a lovely place and the children where able to wander a little on there own. A good time had by all.

I don't think it was helped by some, and only some, of the waiters bring quite abrupt and food isn't served past 9.30pm which is unusual. The Price for a room with no balcony was too high. The internet on the upper floors was not fast - to put it mildly. The breakfast was not impressive either.

Review 78：The hotels is very noisy. As a previous reviewer already reported, you constantly hear slamming doors on the hallway because they don't have anything to stop them from slamming. If you want a sea view room be prepared to hear evening entertainment until 11:30pm almost every night. Uncomfortable bed. The fact that you need to pay to use the safe in the room. Breakfast is average and staff serving it is chaotic.

Review 88：It was our first time to Mallorca and we went very last minute. We books Hotel Marina based on other reviews and the affordable cost. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful. They let us hang out by the pool all day on our day of check out and we even got to take a shower in the locker rooms before we left at 6pm. We stayed in a balcony room overlooking the bay. View was breath taking. The restaurant that was part of the hotel was also fantastic. If you are on the fence, book this hotel and visit Port de Soller! We are glad we stayed in Port de Soller as apposed to Soller. Being by the water was magical. Thanks Hotel Marina!

Review 90：The position of the hotel was great, we stayed bed and breakfast and this suited us as we were able to enjoy the vast number of restaurants around the port. Enjoyed having breakfast outside overlooking the beach.

Review 91：Good pool but not enough brollies for each bed when you needed shade. Breakfast and evening buffet meant a lot of traipsing in and out if you wanted to eat outside on the sea front. The a la carte menu was ok but we found better food at other restaurants. There is one main boat trip and we were told there were no restaurants where the boat landed but we found there were lots when we got there.

Review 92：Lovely location in the quieter part of the bay. Convenient to catch the tram. Our apartment was at the back but had a nice view of the hills and the pool. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well equipped Staff were friendly. All in all a good standard but just some of the finer points missing.

Review 101：The only negative thing was the noise at night. The hotel corridors didn't seem to have a lot of insulation therefore you could hear footsteps, talking etc in the corridors. The doors didn't have anything to stop them slamming so it was noisy at night when residents were returning from a night out. Maybe something as simple as door cushions on the door jambs would muffle the sound of doors closing.

Review 106：The absolutely ONLY thing which I noticed at this wonderful hotel, which could be improved, was that the shower height could not be adjusted...had to either hand hold it... or get my hair wet... That would be an easy one to fix!

Review 107：The balcony overlooking the harbor. The comfortable sofa seating in front of the hotel in the late evening sun, with a perfect glass of Cava.... The generous and excellent beakfast, and enjoying it in the morning sun over the beach. The unusually friendly and helpful young woman at the front desk.....and more!

Review 116：Very nice in all respects. We regretted not booking half board as we ended up eating there most nights anyway because the buffet was good, wholesome and reasonably priced. It took us a while to realise that there's a tram stop very close by!

Review 121：I had requested a quiet room on upper floor and got it. Breakfast was good and plentiful and we were surprised to find an evening meal included in our cheap deal. Staff all helpful.

Review 122：Bathroom and bath were very small and cramped. Poor hot water pressure in shower and bath, and loose fitting for shower head. Kitchen very barely equipped and no washing up liquid/cloths, and room service did not extend to doing the washing up. I mentioned these points to reception staff on leaving, and they seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and noted them down, which was a positive response.

Review 123：On arrival I was upgraded from studio to apartment, but the apartment was in a separate building down an alley, not in the main hotel, and while it was clearly bigger than the studio it had a much inferior outlook. So a mixed blessing. Other aspects of the apartment were fine, except the bathroom, see below. And the general hotel facilities were good
