Review 1：bad cleaning. There is no russian tv. Some heater is not working now. there is no tv-cable in the room. But you only may come in to the hotel after 4 p.m. and go out from the hotel you MUST at 9:30 a.m.

Review 4：We loved the place and the apartment. Location is excellent and apartment very cozy, functional and with beautiful views. Stuff and service support were super profesional and also went an extra mile. We felt great with all support and kindness they have transmitted.We will definetely go back.

Review 6：Location is close to everything, spa, pubs, restaurant, shop with a great view down to the village. Two large balconies were nice extra. Open kitchen/living room provided plenty of space for six persons (max occupancy 9).
Review 7：The parking was small, very difficult to claim and limited to one car per apartment. The three bedrooms were very smal. The apartment should be max for 6 peoples not 11.the beds were very smal and noisey. And we paid 100 euro for cleaning and we were requested to clean the apartment otherwise they were planning to deduct 50 euro. The beds were without sheets and we were charged for the sheets, blankets covers and towels.

Review 12：The apartment was furnished with shappy furniture - no table in front of the sofa and the living room was furnished with only 1 sofa for 4 persons and a dining table for 8 persons and a TV - nothing else. No cosy chairs, only the dining chairs to sit on. The apartment is supposed to sleep 9 people. The whole apartment was poorly decorated and not cosy and in the sleeping rooms there were no lamps over the (very ugly) bunkbeds. The apartment was poorly cleaned and there was vomit at the balcony. We were disappointed because we paid for luxury and got an average apartment. I cant imagine how the aparment can house 9 people. Obviously its a money machine. Its a pity because for a very little amount of effort and money Alpentravel can make the apartment much better. Furthermore you have to pay the full amount for the apartment immediately when booking.
Review 13：The wiew from the apartment was fantactic and the apartment itself was very good, good beds and nice bathrooms but very poorly decorated.
Review 14：The hot water didn't last until all 5 of us had taken a shower so the last two had to shower in cold water.
Review 15：Our apartment had 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower in each. The apartment was obviously newly refurbished and in perfect condition. Kitchen and living-room was great!
Review 16：We had an apartment that sleeps about 10 and we had two families with two cars and there was only one parking spot at the apartment spot. They did offer us a parking spot at the main building, which was good. With a lot of snow, the road into the apartment building was VERY steep and a front wheel drive car with snow tyres struggled to make it.

Review 18：Ojars (reception & service) was so lovely, we arrived late and he has sent the necessary directions of arrival, keys, codes etc. to my handy. It was a great welcome to a beautiful apartment. It was much better than we expected. All the rooms were in great condition, well maintained, clean and furnished. The apartment is and feels new, bedrooms, kitchen and the rest is in very good shape (renovated 5 years ago). We made some nice meals, sitting either in the dining room with the amazing morning and evening views! Great warm water all day, good internet connection, located in the nicest area of the beautiful Bad Gastein, just 3 minute walk the center of town, but with the best views in town! We'll be happy to visit this great facility in the future and highly recommend it. (we were 2 parents with 2 children, but the apartment can easily accommodate 6-8). Thank you!

Review 35：We never got towels replaced? Not sure if that was something we missed or didn't get. But a week skiing with the one towel was a bit yuk after a few days as towels weren't drying. We figured considering it was a self contained apartment we would have to wash our own...but no where to wash. Maybe ask about that when you get there. But considering that's the only complaint-great apartments!
Review 36：Really nice apartment. There was only 3 of us but the place could fit 7! Newly renovated and surrounded by nice views!! Walking distance to all ski-related things. Really nice stay there. Would definitely stay there again in bad gastein!!
