Review 1：The breakfast was chaotic, probably because it was the morning after the New Year festivities.

Review 2：The awesome room and it's beautiful view of the north of Johannesburg.

Review 3：The 'Breakfast experience was the worst we've come across ever !!!!!! We were at the San by 9:30 and walked into chaos.No assistance to be seated,no coffee/tea service.Continental trays 95 % empty, 2 groups of people were very vocal about the this situation and one group left after +20 min of NO service or assistance. As I booked out another guest raised his ire as he had a similar experience and decided to utilise the room service option with the same result. 5-Star ????? No assistance with parking or portage on arrival.

Review 5：The interconnecting rooms we originally not interconnecting. The taxi booking back to the airport was also late due to changing the booking time. Both were quickly corrected and apologies made.

Awesome outside bar and restaurant area with a great view but we didn't know we should book for the evening so missed out having drinks there as the sun went down as it was already full and most tables reserved.

Review 14：The Air Conditioning in the rooms was not controllable. It's a new system since the rooms were frehsly refurbished. Sad thing was that the attendants couldnt figure it out either. Those were 4 very cold nights.

Review 27：minibar wasn't stocked, tv too small, and suggest they should have interactive in room entertainment ant a fee, pay movies etc etc. I am aware the drinks in the minibar were complimentary, but there was only softies.

Review 29：- Expensive on dining options, especially breakfast as they only provided set menu's rather than A La Carte - Wi fi was quite slow at time, only 750 MB allocated free per day after which you are required to pay - Amenities such as business suites were free only for 1 hour after which they charged ZAR 300 per hour which seemed excessive

Review 75：I have a gripe with Booking.com actually.Booked at about 14h15 and when we got to the hotel at about seven, they had not yet received the information from Booking.com! I had not taken along the booking confirmation, so there was a delay because of that and ALSO, they did not have availability of the room I had booked with Booking.com. They kindly upgraded us, but I really resented the inconvenience it all caused. So, not cool, booking.com!
