Review 1：The fact we only spent one night here as the accommodation for the rest of the trip wasn't as good.

Review 2：The apartment was light and airy. Free on road parking straight outside the hotel. We arrived late and the receptionist called through to the restaurant who served us food, despite it being just after 10. They were friendly about it too.

Review 3：Breakfast in the restaurant was very average and coffee not great- expensive at 12 euro per person. Key for security box in apartment costs an extra 20 euros a week which seemed strange!

Review 4：The apartment was quiet, private and excellently serviced by the cleaning/ housekeeping staff. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The beach was only a few minutes away. There were good and plentiful restaurants nearby.

Review 20：Front end stuff in general was not very helpful, but especially one lady who ignored our question on where to find open pharmacy on Sunday for a sick child, which she kept on answering the phone calls which were clearly not urgent and with internal stuff. After two phone calls we left with no info, and on the way back to the hotel, she didn't even want to say hi, but instead hid behind the reception. Restaurant opens only at 8pm (which seems to be a standard in the destination) but if they have a group of guests they don't even serve food to other guests. Though timely info on this anywhere in the hotel or on the restaurants doors. Airco was not working - instead of cooling it was heating up. Lots of noise from the elevators.

Review 21：The location is right next to the beach and a short walk from the center of the town. Buffet breakfast was rich and there was something for everyone. There were more things in the room than described on the webiste (kettle present, cleaning cloths and dish soap too). Baby cot comes with the proper mattress which was great for the toddler.

Review 22：Kitchen was a little basic, but okay for breakfast and a light evening meal. Not a big issue considering the excellent value of the apartments.

Its good when reception works 24/7 if you are late arrival it helps. There is also small kitchen facility. All in all great place to stay.

Review 35：perfect location - beach is just few meters from, good equipped kitchen (even tableware washing kit was available). there are 2 buildings and I've got building "A"; this building has different entrance with reception. Bike rental service is available on the reception but price seems a bit high. As a conclusion I can say that it's a good hotel but price could be a bit lower

Review 36：The Restaurant staff were disorganised, slow and forgetful. Every visit resulted in errors of some kind. It was a shame realising what potential it had. However, this forced us to investigate the town so a blessing in disguise.

Zero effort made to explain facilities - basically here's your key - goodbye!! The pool staff were busy on their phones the whole time. The rooms were small, requested a double bed - given a pull out couch with 2 singles? Kitchen very badly kitted out- not even a corkscrew or wooden spoon to be found.. Overall very disappointing

Review 74：Whilst the location was good, very near to the beach it's quite a walk into the main town. It has a lovely swimming pool and also a paddling pool for children and a small playground which we found useful. We had a nice view of the pool from our bedroom - no balcony unfortunately.

Review 75：No balcony (drying beach towels is difficult), and we missed a bar - restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner only. There are very few shops in Vilanova, and the supermarket is quite a trek.

Calm and very conveniently located (just a few metres to the beach, various good restaurants and bars around, no problem to find a place to park the car). Wifi is for free and works very well. Friendly reception (even though our booking.com reservation had been lost and we were lucky that rooms were available). Note that all this is for a stay at mid-February ... experiece might be different in the summer season.

Review 84：Room interior quite old and shabby, kitchen poorly equipped, tvridiculously small, bed small and mattress hard, windows are so lowit's quite dangerous if you have small kids, staff quite useless, noramps but lot of stairs make it hard to move with luggage &pushchair.

It was so noisy, so I could not sleep till late at night and then from early in the morning, when breakfast started. They allow people to sit on the terrace just under the windows of the rooms. Then I changed the room for Building A. And then everything was fine.

Review 107：We got a smoking room when specifying non-smoking, the room was set up for 4 people not 3. Did they read our booking? Or notice 4 people standing in front of them at check-in? Only one member of staff on site so getting a 4th bed and a pillow took ages to sort out. 24 hrs to get a pillow isn't acceptable!
