Review 1:I didnt like to be waiting for them to search about my booking i stayed for 20 min., then my room wasnt good enough as i didnt like the bed sheets n the door between rooms was opened n that was bad

Review 33:I liked the hotel and the restaurants around it. The toom was in a good size. The swimming pools were brilliant and there was one for ladies only. There was s small mall with some shops.

The room service guy was shocked when he knew that we took this room as there was a lot of complains from the previous guests with the same comment. There was no free water at the restaurant in the breakfast. We found a small rat at the cinema! Finally the room service and operator numbers always busy any time at the day.

Review 43:Paradigm shift experience for Porto Sokhna .. Staff is amazing very helpful & supportive, Specially Dina Front office manager & Mohamed Ragab the GM, This people has converted my experience form bad one to really amazing one, Also the food was Great Chief Atef made us great sea food diner on Wednesday night, a great progress for food as well. Animation team is great, my daughter was very happy, they did a good progress here.
Review 44:Although there were alot of available rooms, we were checked in a very far room facing a pool with no water, also the electricity wires were all uncovered. No drying hangers anywhere :( Had to raise a complain so they move us to a better unit.

Review 52:This is not a five starts hotel! Which is not what I booked for. The internal furniture is so missed up, old and used in a bad way. I asked for some missing items in the room, and they denied that they have it, and when I asked other people they confirmed that they can provide it (such as missing chairs and dryer).

(I am wondering have they ever checked the room before our checkin?) telepherique trip is very short (4 minutes!!), Hotel rooms residents have a very small access of the whole resort (you have more access if you bought an apartment there), pools are very cold (no heating for water), no animation team on pools. pool close at 5PM, the beach also closes at 5PM, it is even forbidden to walk on the shore after 5PM. Food is very bad, it is very cold, and not fresh, no fresh bread, nor fresh juice in breakfast, all food is not fresh, just heated! No beverages/drinks/juice/coffee in dinner, you have to pay extra (even if breakfast and dinner are inclusive!). No internet, except with extra fee which is experience. No music anywhere in the hotel lobby (calmness is very boring), furniture are very old. Extra VAT/taxes are paid over the price are specified in booking.com.Water is leaking in bathroom! NEVER EVER RENT GLASSBOAT/SUBMARINE THERE, glassboat/submarine owners are thieves and will start a fight with you for getting extra money after the trip starts, and they will never respect your time (will start very late and will make the trip shorter than agreed upon!).
Review 56:location, supermarkets are very near, cinema and animation team after dinner (joker team) , early checkin / late checkout. Being able to cancel one or more days without any fees is a plus. Buses to Cairo are very near (20m away from the hotel).

Review 64:No beverages at dinner, not even water! Two small bottles of water were left in our room for the first day of our stay but then that's it! The following three days when we requested more bottles they said they provide only two in the first day but nothing more! A 5-star hotel cannot afford adding a couple of water bottles every day for their guests that pay 1100 EGP/night for a triple room! Finally, when we first checked in, we found the remains of toilet paper from the previous guests, not fresh rolls.

The First room I stayed in was supposed to be on the lagoon, but it was not the case and the "lagoon" was in maintenance, so i had to pay double the price to get a sea veiw room, the room was dirty and was not cleaned after the old visitor, old bed sheets, pathroom sink was leaking, we called the room service to maintain the sink, they told us don't use the sink, and we will get the plumber... but the plumber didn't show up untill we escalated the second day!!! It was a really horrible stay and I won't do it again

Review 71:Upon arrival receptionist told us that there's a problem with waterand their call centre was supposed to inform us before coming but thecall centre didn't answer even my call to ask about my reservation.The problem was that there is no enough water supply for apartments andthere is only there hours per day where water is present in apartmentand if we like to stay in place where the water supply is present 24 hrwe have to change our reserved two bedroom apartment with two room inJabal resort with extra 1000 thousand egp. Another problem is that thepool water wasn't heated. Also I reserved apartments with pool viewactually it was viewing pool but the pool was under maintenance. Myreservation was half board but this not including any drinks speciallyin dinner. I'll never go there again.

Review 84:Small restaurant reagarding the hotel Capacity, we had to wait in longrows to get our food. Room was bad, not clean, no windows exept the bigterrasse. No privacy,every 2 meters you meet a security guy and some ofthem will ask for your room number. The room is not like the photos,it's less than a 1 star hotel. I don't recommend porto toanybody. We reserved for 3 nights and we left after the second and wentto stella di mare.

Review 120:Poor housekeeping services. After my room is cleaned I found that used towels are removed without replacing them with new towels. When I asked housekeeping by phone to provide new towels, they did after 40 minutes with repeated phone calls (10 minutes interval). Each time I asked to provide the towels, I get the same answer "They are in the way to you" but the way takes 40 minutes!! Also, there is a bad smell always in the bathrooms.

Staff was rude and unprofessional, the rooms were unclean, poorly maintained, cabinets were broken, infested with flies and mosquitos, sink was clogged and the hotel smells bad. Also, they kept dropping my reservation, claiming that the credit card was declined but apparently they do the same with many Booking.com reservations (maybe due to overbooking).
