Review 1：The Elysee is a small, well managed hotel. It is located at a convenient distance from the railway station and very close to commercial and old parts of the town. This makes it very easy to get around without needing to drive. This was our fourth visit to the Elysee and we will very boutiquelikely be back.

Review 31：Excellent central location, you can walk to most facilities. The staff were very helpful, we arrived at the hotel after discharge from hospital following a car crash. Helped us organise recovery of stuff from our car and loading/ storing a load of luggage. We were able to relax & recover. Second night we moved to a junior suite that had many windows on two sides overlooking the square, very bright and interesting.

Expensive no choice and not buffet style simply left sitting on your table for who knows how long only the coffe was fresh. Parking is over the road in a puplic multi story and is not explianed that the heotel has dedicated parking bays that are free

Review 37：The hotel is very conveniently placed in the centre of Chateauroux opposite a multi storey car park. There is a lift which is essential if you are on the third floor, as we were, to carry luggage. A warm welcome and the room was comfortable with a good shower. At 77.30 euros, it was a reasonable price, but as this does not include breakfast, not cheap. Minutes from lots of good shops and a boulangerie where you can buy breakfast for a few euros. This town is a good halfway stop if travelling from the South West.
Review 38：Very nice 3 star hotel with a family and cosy atmosphere. Slept very well. Comfortable and spacious rooms. We feel they have been renovated recently. Ideally located in city centre. Traditional and homemade french breakfast ! Delicious
Review 39：The rooms do not have direct dial into the room; the front desk answersin coming calls and transfers them to your room. I was worried a latenight call might not get through if the front desk was un-staffed. Thatdidn't happen, but I would prefer a direct dial into the room.

Review 42：The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the broken fixed shower sprayed water into the light fixture above. The hand held shower option was awkward, especially since the over enthusiastic approach to economising on power, meant you had to open the shower door every two minutes to activate the light sensor in order to see anything. Otherwise not bad.
