All accommodation at the Bahia Meloneras is brightly decorated and spacious. Each 2-bedroom bungalow has a living area with a flat-screen TV and satellite channels. All bungalows have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven.
The complex is just 650 feet from the centre of Meloneras and less than 0.6 miles from Pasito Blanco Marina, where there is a selection of bars and restaurants. The sand dunes at Maspalomas are a 25-minute walk away.

Review 2：We could not fault this property Jesus Tocino the property owner helped with transport and very reasonable rates to and from airport, advise on area, very friendly and contactable 24//7. His communication prior to and during the holiday was great. The area we stayed was superb, lovely walks into Masapalomas beach area along the seafront promenade, alternately there were plenty of restaurants in Playa Meloneras if we didn't want to walk to far.

Review 4：Free WiFi was available. We couldn't get it to work. There was a problem with the dishwasher too. In fairness we didn't contact the owners about these during our stay, and I'm sure that it would have been attended to if we had.
Review 5：Having stayed in the complex where the house was located some years ago, we understood that it was no longer operated as a holiday complex with most of the houses now in private ownership. What a treat! Peaceful afternoons on the sunny patio or by the complex pool and quiet in the evenings. The house itself was a delight - a lot of thought has gone into providing for guests. Laundry facilities, plenty of kitchen equipment, lovely furnishings (both inside and out) and all spotlessly clean. We ate out a lot but you could self-cater with great ease. The location is great for the Meloneras/Maspalomas sea front with all the lovely hotels, restaurants and bars for entertainment, meals out and drinks. The bus station is a five minute walk for days out. Alternatively, tours (such as Aqualand) pick up at the H10 hotel around the corner. The house is in an excellent location for easy access to the GC1 motorway if, as we did, you hire a car. I particularly liked that no maid service was included. I've always found maid service a bit intrusive when relaxing on holidays. Finally, because of flight delays, we arrived later than expected. Jesus and Miguel were very flexible meeting us quite late in the evening and showing us around the property. The booking process was very straightforward. If you're looking for a peaceful holiday location close to the centre of Maspalomas, I'd recommend this house.

Review 7：This was top class accommodation. We were met by the owner, Jesus Tocino, on arrival and he was very helpful and courteous. The house is in great condition, very clean and comfortable. After long days out cycling or hiking it was great to come back to a lovely quiet pool for a relaxing swim. Would recommend this house totally.

Review 9：A very comfortable and quiet house, equipped with everything you need. New and modern kitchen, comfortable beds and nice terrace, garden and sunset balcony. Beautiful swimming pool area. The landlord was very helpful, polite and friendly, and always easy to contact when we needed something. Excellent cleanliness. The house lies within walking distance to both Meloneras beach and the famous Maspalomas dunes, with a wonderful promenade along the beach. Bars and restaurants are a ten-minute walk away but cannot be heard from the house, and a taxi stop is right around the corner.

Review 17：The information on your website is incorrect. There is no longer a reception area, poolside bar, restaurant or evening entertainment - all this closed and lying empty and boarded up. If we had known this we might not have booked this accommodation.

Review 19：Unfortunately, during our stay, the place was not so familiy-friendly aswe had expected: There is another person living in the basement, cominghome early in the mornings with quite some noise, complaining everysecond day when our children were palying in the morning ( after 9A.M.). The water in the pools - childrens pool and whirlpool included -is extremely cold. There is not playground, no area where children canplay with a ball or just have fun and make some noise. In the pool,inflatable toys are forbidden. The staff is friendly, but most of thetime watching the children and telling them (or their parents) what isnot allowed to do or to play with - even though there were hardly anypeople around the pool. The appartmemt: equipped well but definitelylacking a dish-washer. Seen from an aesthetic point of view: thecutlery, plates, cups are quite poor - especially compared to the rentfor the appartment (ikea could help!). The tv program does not includeGerman / Danish / English channels, even though it'stransmitted via satellite.

It is in walking distance to the beach and thenice area around Faro Maspalomas.The appartment is quiet and relativelyclean, has a great view over the ocean and a perfect terrace. Thefurniture is tasteful. There are plenty of towels and blankets.Veryconvenient with wlan internet connection. Room service every second/ third day. Friendly and helpful landlord.
