Review 1：Majority of staff were decent and very helpful, I needed 3 cot beds to surround my bed as my toddler sleeps with me and I use it as a fence, the room service person was great in attaining my request.The only thing I didn't like is that upon our check in they placed us first in a room in the smoking wing, so when we complained, Ahmed Abdel Aziz in reception helped us to get a better bigger room. He was really friendly and professional that I asked about his name to send him a thank you email. He also was very pleasant to deal with.

Review 2：Cleanliness of room, after complaining was taken care of. No free wifi. Unheated pool. Tired furniture and fittings, needs renovation. No night time entertainment.

Review 4：The perking lot is poorly managed. To move from one section of the parking lot to pick up our luggage after check out, we were not allowed to go through the gate . We had to drive on the main road and then try to get again into the main gate and had to go again through all security procedure though we were leaving. Parking lot entrance and exit need to be clearly identified with clear signs.

Review 18：I would like to add kids games at the kids yard as it is only offered one free game for kids more than 5 years although other games is charged not free and is indoor , so small kids under 5 years feel bored and prefer to use the one which is in the garden. NB: Hotels in Hurghada and Sharm have kids areas for free with various games

The heater in the air conditioner was not working well. One more thing there were some people came from around property to the hotel beach and they used it plus the pool! Review 28：One of the 2 rooms allocated smelled really badly of paint or varnish. When we told the receptionist that we couldn't sleep in it, he said that it would be "fixed". I tried to explain that masking the smell would not help but he rudely interrupted and said the only available other room was far away. Luckily the other receptionist was helpful and gave us a room next to the one we already had. The second room had the air conditioning on at full blast when we entered. I turned it off and later discovered that it was a 'smoking' room and all the furnishing smelled of smoke. It was very hard to sleep there as a non smoker. Reception informed me that there were no nonsmoking rooms.

Review 83：we have problem with room it did not fit what was booked and we spend more than three hours after arrival trying to solve the problem with hotel management team with no success then we have to call booking .com and we told to accept another room and to pay the fees as there no response from the hotel and manager left without answering there repeated calls. the hotel waved the room fee next day lunch time, but, I was charged the phone calls to booking.com which to half the fee of the room, which I found it unacceptable and a ridicule charge which soon I will ask booking.com to refund it as this is a fault of the hotel as they put the wrong description which they put the blame on booking.com for putting wrong description which is illogic as this advert is put by movenpick

Review 85：The dinner was not good as last year. The front desk person at our arrival was unhelpful. There were a delay in check in because of that employee. There were issue with the air condition and the bathroom for one of the rooms but they fix them. There were a delay in the fix because of the same person. The beach schedule this year was not suitable like last year. The beach start at 8:00 and close at 6 pm while the sunset is at 7:15. as it is very hot in summer the beach should stay till the sunset like last year

The view of the mountain from the sea is incredible. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beach was better than last year with more activities but over cost for some choices. Review 108：This hotel is hell for non smokers, there is no non smoking policy even in closed areas. Also they apply anti trust principal in term of pool towels,towel cards are used for prevention of towels theft.

Review 116：For the very high rate charged ($200/night), it is ridiculous for the hotel to be fully booking it (overbooking, really) to extremely large groups from companies/banks. It meant that we could not even use the pool or reach food at breakfast or find an empty table due to the number of people present and the number of kids running around....It makes it a very unpleasant experience, especially if you are trying to have a relaxing weekend.

We were called twice at 11am as a reminder for check out though we informed the first caller that we are leaving. Hotel in a very isolated area, no entertainment except the childish animation team who have a show of 30 minutes! I would never go back to that area. Remember if you would like to go to porto soknah which is 15 km away, limousine would cost you 250 EPS one way & 30 EPS per hour of waiting!
