Review 1：The shower was a bit old and the curtain did not contain the water when showering. You involuntarily flooded the whole bathroom.

Review 2：The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. They were really flexible and gave us a different room with a double bed when asking for it. The views to the seaport were beautiful. It is super centric and you can reach everything very easily. Also, the room was nice and big. Overall a pleasant experience.

Review 13：We were given the spa room downstairs near the kitchen. it was extremely noisy and it was hard to sleep with all the clanking of cutlery and plates and the paper thin walls. Also it is right next to the lobby toilets and you can hear people in the loo and the hand dryer rearing at all hours. our air con didn't work either which made for an uncomfortable sleep. We visited in Summer and the hotel was fully booked so they couldn't move us to another room. Also when we went to use the spa and opened the lid it was completely empty of water and instead filled with dust and cob webs. A very unpleasant stay.

Review 20：Our room (108) was very small and basic and in need of decorating. There were no drawers to put our clothes in, just a wardrobe. Plain white walls needed a couple of pictures on them.

Review 22：3 bedroom room had a half-broken suppletory bed and it was really impossible to sleep on it, so we had to ask for a new room. Building and installations are older than it looks like on the pictures.

Review 24：We booked half board and on the first night, no staff member understood half board. Fifteen minutes later a started was brought out, followed by a main of cheese pizza. There was no choice, the food was literally brought out and plonked down with bad service. Needless to say we ate out the other nights so half board proved to be a waste of money. One of the twin beds had a massive dip in the middle. The hotel is basic and would be good for young males/females on holiday with friends.

Review 65：The view is really amazing if you book a room with seaview (we were on the 2nd floor). The location is perfect, everything is close. Room was really spacious. Buffet breakfast is really nice as well. The staff are really helpful and smiley, even if some of them hardly speaks English you feel welcomed.

The actual room was not quite up to standard, at some stage the room had been broken into and the handle on the outside came off in your hand when closing it. The balcony door had also been forced at some stage. The TV had only one channel. The noise in the morning at 7.30am from road and beach sweepers was very loud. If I had had a room at the rear of the hotel, or without a balcony, I would not wanted to stay there. Sea view with balcony is a must!

Review 83：The location and sea view from the Miramar in Soller was second to none, well worth the cost. I would visit again, without a doubt, purely because of this.

Found out on our last day that the hotel has a stash of beach umbrellas which they are happy to hand out to sweltering guests..........!

Review 90：- Terrace or the balcony overlooking the sea gets overheated in the afternoon. -Instead of the iron / metal it would be nice for the hotel to have flowers on that terrrace, to ease off the heat and improve the view. Many other houses have this, seems to be a local characteristic.

Review 91：Its nice and quiet despite being in a central location. Great to be so close to the port from where you can grab a boat to explore the surroundings. The room was spacious. The staff was nice and let us store the luggage on the day of the check out, as we had a late flight, and were generally helpful with directions around town.

Review 100：Staff, especially receptionist (Lluc) were very helpful and all spoke enough English to make our stay easier. The location is brilliant and our double balcony room with sea view was, as we expected basic, very adequate for our need. Working air conditioning is a huge bonus. Breakfast was included (cooked too!) and could be eaten on the terrace. Any minor problems (we were given the wrong safe key for our room) were sorted quickly and efficiently AND with A SMILE! We would definitely book again if going to Port Soller
