Review 1：Food exceptional, swimming pools and lazy river wonderful, ideal location for families with young children as grounds magical with statues of wild animals hidden in trees.

Review 2：There were kids in the pool with no underwear/ costume, and Babies with no nappies in the pool. Also Kids with no underwear on the bouncy castle - this is just an opinion but believe it's unhygienic. Saw children peeing by the bushes near the pool on the stones, rather than being taken to the toilet- then the area was smelly! It's definitely not Not 5*- as you have to pay for different pillows and the safe. The buffet at breakfast wasn't great- like a canteen and stale pastries. We didn't go again. No fresh juices or pastries - dry and hard Awful bar food- in pre packets - served in packets too- not what you except for a 5* place. We've been to many 5* places and this place seemed to be lacking in a few areas. No al a carte restaurant You can only change your beach towel between 2 hours in the morning (10-12). Poor security. Anyone can walk in Sometimes the music is so loud at night Poor air conditioning - no control hence too cold or can't keep door open as music is loud

Review 3：The pools were fab. A good mix for adults and children. The staff were lovely. However when I complained about the food and that there were babies peeing by the side of the pool - they just appeared to write it down and said thanks for letting us know. My son loved all the life size animals around the hotel. Good location - close to the beach, restaurants and shops. However there are other lopesans nearby - one was 4* and their pool looked fab too.

Review 7：3rd time we came too Baobab. When we asked for another room (we did not liked the view) we called the reception and we could change rooms. Overall it is realy a great hotel! Good food, clean, nice ambiance. I would certainly would like to go a 4th time

Review 8：We booked a double room but this was two twin beds pushed together. On asking at reception we were told there were no double beds in the hotel and all were made up this way. Not the best nights sleep falling down the middle every night! Only a minor issue in the great scheme of the experience.

Review 9：Hotel was so impressive especially at night. After peaking in a few of the other hotels we had made the right decision in choosing the Baobab. Very modern and clean. We are a young couple but there were lots of families with children - the resort is big enough that you can still find a quiet area by the pool.
