Review 1：The apartament is large and comfortable. Location is great, near the railway station and a few minutes walk to the Titisee lake and the touristic centre. The area is perfect for a relaxing holiday and offers many touristic attractions within short driving distance. The building manager Mr Gomes is very nice, prompt and helpful, and speaks excellent English. We enjoyed a lot our stay and may come back.
Review 2：Very corporate - when booking though Booking.com why can't youtick a box to pay by credit card. Because they charge 3% for this youare asked for a bank transfer which cost a lot of money - a 3%surcharge is much cheaper. The days of bank transfers are over andopen to fraud. I asked to pay the deposit by credit card - but if youmiss the email you loose your booking!. The same happened again whenfinal payment called for (even though I'd given clearance forcredit car payment). Not good! I receive a lot of emails so this couldeasily have gone pair shaped! - Fortunately the apartment was good andthe member of staff onsite was good (sorry scored staff down - but howelse do I score the admin)Some of local restaurants a bit soso due to the captive tourist prescence Wifi was a bit dodgy in the evening

Review 4：Management has a very complicated payment process despite booking through Booking.com with a credit card, you still have to transfer money and pay up front separately. When doing this from overseas like we did, it is very difficult and expensive. Management needs to come into the 21st century and into line with the rest of the business world.

Review 6：- lack of sockets in the kitchen (toaster, micro oven, coffee machine and kettle have the same socket); - dull knives in the kitchen; - a bit too standard and neutral design of apartments. Personally I'd prefer more interesting details in the decoration; - necessity to login to wi-fi every time when one wants to use it.

It was clean, big, had a decent wifi connection, a beautiful bathroom and a spacious living room. And of course, a balcony. Let's not forget the haribos and the wine they had left as a welcome gift. The location us super! Really close to the train station and the bus to go skying. We really weren't expecting that.
Review 16：These comfortable, family friendly apartments are in a great position in the town of Titisee. The staff were so helpful in providing a high chair a baby cot. Very clean, spacious and a practical base for skiing in nearby Feldburg. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Review 19：Well these are kinda small issue.... 1. There were no snow on the mountain therefore we were reluctantly to stay 4 days as we planned. When we asked the host if it's possible to shorten the period of staying. It was just a no and kind of like, BLAME ON THE WEATHER, what are they suppose to do? Well, in my opinion they should at least do a bit compensation like a free juice or coke. Something like that will be just fine and make their guest happy. Cuz it was Xmas! 2. Other thing I don't like that much is that they send so many email about how they need some pre depot money to make reservation, and then email of the second payment. I understand this is the guarantee to have customer and make sure they don't lose money. But it's a bit too much and then I don't really see it matches to booking.com's simplicity reservation and payment process.
Review 20：We booked two apartments. They kindly let us chose to stay close to each other. We like the house! Big shower, large kitchen and room and nice balcony. All as what they said on the website. And I forgot to tell them I have an extra guest and they are just fine and make some extra money on the invoice and then it's clear. Very nice! I booked it 3 months in advance. I will say during this time they have been very careful about their service...Very German way and ... well eventually a bit too much?

We werepromised a discount card (red card Black Forest), but when we arrivedthey lied to us, that for the last year they do not give the card.Because of that we have spent approximately 400 euros more per familyper week !!! These calculations are accurate because last year we werein the same apartment and the same dates but, with a red card.Wireless' internet only works in the left corner of the livingroom! Terrible noise from the apartments of neighbors. Extremelyuncomfortable method of payment, 8 months before arrival - 20 percent,and 100 percent of the amount one month before your arrival. All thisis accompanied by intrusive messages by e-mail! In the messages, theyevery time politely warning you, that your order will be canceled ifyou are will not contact with them urgently! You can find beautifulapartments much cheaper in the area, and with a red card - You'llsave a lot of money!

All the equipment is new and it is very clean. supermarket is 3 minutes drive a way. it is a great place to discover the south part of the black forest. Review 66：Compared with last year, the actual cost has almost been doubled with surprise. 1. The Hochschwarzwald Card was withdrawn without notice. The card can be used for ski lifts and lots other activities. The ski lift can cost €144/person for 6 days. 2.The price of the apartment increased by 9%. Given these changes, the evaluation reference has to be changed based on actual cost although Braviscasa Apartments may not gain the according income. So the rating was decreased this year. Lets see how the company improve next year.
Review 67：We didnt get toiletpaper at all, no dish washing powder, no new towells and bedware althougt we staid 8 nights. Also paying with card was not allowed and it took 3 days to find the lady who took the payment.

Review 84：The slight challenge: reception is closed for weekends and you can't get your washing done (washing machine is in a separate building under staff control) and get your transport Swartzwald card if you arrive on Saturday.
Review 85：Very nice, clean and very sufficient. Location is great: slightly away from the noisy main street, but still short walking distance from the lake and shopping area. Galaxy termal centre is 5 min walk. Trans station is two minutes walk. We had really great time and planning to come back.

Bed linen and towels are provided.Guests are kindly asked to inform the accommodation in advance of the number of guests that will be staying.Please note that you will receive at least 2 emails from the property. The 1st email directly after booking contains the general terms and conditions, and the 2nd email a few days prior to your arrival contains all necessary check-in details.All apartments are on self-catering bases with no cleaning service, apartments have to be kept clean and tidy otherwise a charge of EUR 80 is required.Please be aware there is no reception therefore guests need to make sure that they have access to their check-in information which will be sent by the company braviscasa Ltd. a few days prior their arrival.Check-in times are from 03:00 - 20:00. Later check-in until 23:00 is possible upon agreement against an extra fee.A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
