Review 1：The view is incredible. Perfect location in town. Very friendly owner. Clean. Fully equipped kitchen so you can make breakfast in the morning. Amazing place.

Review 3：Ideal location in centre of Fornells, which is a small, quiet fishing / marina village. Lots of good restaurants within few minutes walk. Nice spacious private apartment with sun terrace to sit on for those warm evenings.

Review 6：Fittings and fixtures of flat needed upgrading. Good fridge/freezer. Tiny poorly laid out kitchen area. Broken lampshades in bedrooms. A kettle would have been useful. Insufficient crockery. Only two outdoor chairs on balcony in a flat for four people. Narrow balcony for four people.

Review 10：Nothing, but we were here in October, so quiet time of year, Possible that in high season it will be a bit noisier and busy being right above restaurants and road.
Review 11：Great location with lovely views. Set in a nice small harbour town, not a resort. Well equipped apartment. Free parking available on street outside entrance. Lots of restaurants to choose from close to apartment.
Review 12：be careful!! the couple that manage these apartments will expect you to pay in cash!! They claim they have no facility for credit card payments, which is surprising since they claim they run a considerable business. This came as a surprise and caused us quite a bit of inconvenience, as there are daily limits to the amount of cash you can withdraw from a cash machine. The couple grew impatient and refused to understand this, and even turned up at the apartment really threatening us and saying if we didn't pay there and then, they were going to the police. not a great way to treat clients!! I speak fluent Spanish so this wasn't a language issue, they just didn't seem to understand that its probably a good idea to let people know in advance if they wish to be paid in cash. Its a lot of money at the end of the day. might also be worth asking why they want payment in cash??
