Review 1：A lot of renovation happening somewhere while we were there so a lot of drilling noise. Very quiet otherwise. When checking out we were not asked if we enjoyed our stay. They just took the keys and that was it.

Liked the sea/beach views . Kids club reps were fantastic with my two children. The beach was a short walk from the hotel ,, really nice beach . BK just across the road ,, good kids play area. Shops and chemist a short walk across the road.

Review 19：The older male staff member who works the front counter was condescending and rude. I don't appreciate being treated that way. Small kitchen and overall small suite. Wouldn't want to stay longer than a night or two.

Review 24：This particular experience, i checked in late and had little time to get ready before i went out, otherwise i would have complained to the staff. My room STANK of cigarettes it was truly disgusting. I put the extractor fan on, opened the doors but it made little difference. I didn't have time to make the change of rooms as I was already late for my function but I was HUGELY disappointed. I can only imagine that the smoke either rose from other apartments or perhaps someone had checked in to the apartment, didn't like it but had had some cigarettes on the balcony or inside the apartment before moving to another room as it seems IMPOSSIBLE to imagine that the cleaner would leave the room with the TERRIBLE smell. When i checked out I was going to mention it to the reception staff, but they were busy with lots of check ins. I am afraid it was very disappointing and all my clothes in my bag have the odour of the smell of stale smoke.

Review 31：The food is good as is the service but we found very good food in an English bar nearby which was quite a bit cheaper - unfortunately we had noisy neighbours in the apartment above us who were a nuisance on one particular night during the early hours it was so bad I went and complained to reception who immediately sent the security and we didn;t hear them as much after that we were pleased with how the hotel dealt with it

Review 35：The friday, sat and sun nughts were were kept awake by drunk guests coming home. On the Saturday night there was noise from 1.30 am till 6am. This was annoying as broken sleep three nights in a row takes its toll

Review 45：We paid extra for a room with a view which was either a mountain or sea view. Also asked if possible could we have a lower floor. We were put in an apartment on the 14th floor with a view of the main road, a petrol station and Burger King. When we complained we were then moved to a sea view on the 2nd floor. Also late check-in doesn't give you much time.

We requested a double bed well in advance of our stay but it was not issued, the beds were quite uncomfortable.

To their credit they did remedy the situation with a nicer unit the next day in 544. Except it is right under the reception front desk area and it sounds as a herd of buffalo at various times of the day.

After moving to 544 I found the room to be excellent except for ambient noise from reception. need a room on the same plan but on the 7th or higher floor next time All in all however I would stay again but having been there I would ask upon booking for a room and the areas that I wished

The suits are very comfortable, clean, with all necessary things in it, fully equiped kitchen, balcony with a perfect view. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Review 58：Serious issue with staff management and staff training especially in bars and restaurants, staff make you feel like they are doing you the favour. The apartments are very small and I think the sheets on the beds were changed once in 9 days. The floor in the apartment I don't think was washed for the 9 days . I see a ten year old boy fall and smash his head wide open because the anti slip surface had worn off the side of the pool. The kids play area is absolutely filthy and anytime my children went on it they came off it filthy. The beds are a disgrace and should be put in a skip. Overall a nightmare holiday for us and it will go down with the worst hotel / Apartmemt block I have ever stayed in. They also charge you €12.50 per day if you wish to use the hotel car park and a further €2 per day to HIRE q safety deposit box in the room. To sum it all up whilst checking out I handed the receptionist my room key and the key off the safety deposit box to get my €20 back, she lifted same from the counter walked back to me and handed me my €20 and said thank you. Never did she say thank you for your business or did you enjoy your stay etc etc. I spoke with about 4 other couple who had the same opinion of the place as I had.

Review 74：I was a bit worried about staying at this Hotel as I had read quite a few comments about the noise - Well, I was pleasantly surprised as although the Hotel is very large and was very busy at the time of our stay I had no complaints - The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and very clean - the bathroom was perfect, water pressure was good, hot water at all times - A few UK TV channels at no extra charge - free wifi - On site supermarket which includes their own bakery - We did not eat at the hotel very much as we wanted to explore the area but what we did have was very nice and reasonable - Our only small issue was that we were facing a main road and not the sea and pool area but we were quite high up so the noise did not affect us too much at all. Around the clock taxi service right outside the hotel, bus stop very close by - Would def go back :-)

Review 127：Very noisy at night time, until around 2.30am. Our room was near the communal wifi area so maybe we were just unfortunate with the location. Would recommend being further away from wifi areas. The pools are small and get packed during busy period plus no slides and no inflatables allowed so kids did get bored after an hour in the pool. There is a room with two pool tables but it could do with a better games room. I wouldn't stay here for two weeks with young kids as you would quickly run out of ways to entertain them in the hotel. However it is a great location for nearby places such as Tivoli world

Review 135：Breakfast ryeally miserable. Price was very high, quality poor. Only fresh thing there was fruits. There was only something for British people I suppose, we Finnish people do not eat beans in tomato sauce or just white toast and marmelade for breakfast. We would have hoped for salad, cucumber, tomato, more than 2 kinds of cheese and meats (for sandwich) . If you came late, 10am everything was finished all the time, you just had to wait for everything. (eggs, bacon etc...) coffeemachine and juicemachine were also empty at that time, there was only 1 that worked for dozens of people. Luckily we had not bought the breakfast in forward so we did breakfast at our own room. If it had been better, we surely would have eaten it at hotel buffet.
