Review 1：My wife got a food poisoning there because of their food, since we had a half board package and didn't eat anything from outside.

Review 3：the baby cot provided was too small. It's something good for a 6 months baby so my daughter had to sleep on the main bed which is not comfortable for all of us.

Review 5：Apart from that, the security guards as commanded by the receptionists were so rude that they gave us 0 privacy, the receptionists were so incompetent in their way of handling our complaints moreover they were forcefully calling 6 times per 5 minutes for us to check out as if we were unwelcomed.

Review 7：Light system in and outside the room is dim. No night activities. No drinks with the dinner in the Half board option. Kids pool wasn't so clean and not that much heated. Facilities in the beach are very poor. Restricted areas for the renters on the beach, only limited area is allowed. The hot water in the WC doesn't work efficiently long time , just few moments. There was a difference between the amount debited from my CC and the amount stated in my check bill , their explaination was due to changing in the currency rate. No sea view rooms.

The cleaning staff were very good and housekeeping called on us each night to see if they could be of service. The facilities and food were/was amazing. The golf was incredible as well. The beach is not far and very clean. Definetly going there again.

I already read these comments before going and wonder how difficult it is to have a fast and reliable internet connection. The gym is a bit far from the hotel, belongs to the compound. It only opens at 8:30 am. For someone who wants to work iut earky jn the day, i had to wait for more than 2 hour till it opens.

Ms. Nermeen, the excutive manager, offered us to have whatever snack on the pool. Then, the next day while checking out she claimed that the items we ordered are lunch items and we should pay for them. This is very unprofessional and stupid. We did pay for what we ate. I am so mad and I will never go there again. Not recommended as the breakfast is below expectations since they don't offer fresh juice. Also, the youghrt was expired. The coffee machine was out of service.

Review 31：I didnt like that the room cleanliness was not so good, with stained rugs & some of the furniture is getting old, especially the bed sheets I also didn't like that they aligned the sea chairs in a small area (though the beach was spacious) in rows like the cinema so that there was no privacy & not everyone could enjoy the sea view if they weren't swimming. Finally that there was no recreation during the week days when we traveled, so it was very boring at night.

This weekend the jelly fish ruined our swimming pleasure, but there is nothing that the hotel can do about it. It is also not the typical for ain sukhna.

Review 78：The staff is very friendly from the moment you enter the hotel, till you are met at the pool and over lunch. Specifically I would like to name Mr. Emad at reception and Chef Ramadan at the Grill. The rooms are spacious and comfortable all with pool view. If you have a choice, select the ground floor rooms cause they overlook the pool directly and they are still very private, first floor is also not far so there is no problem. The food at the dinner buffet is really great as well, never had a good open buffet experience before but this one was superb.

Beach too far from hotel, golf cart service non existent and beach itself is filthy and the allocated location for the hotel is a disgrace. Bed Sheets and pillow cases covered with yellow stains.

The staff is super friendly and made my stay very special too as it was my birthday so they upgraded my room to an amazing suite with a pool view and later they sent to my room a complementary birthday cake. The room had a nice ambience, I liked it, when I stepped in. Sitting on the balcony for a sundowner was the best. A little far from the beach, but only a phone call an an electric golf cart ride away. Used it twice, otherwise walked. I wasn't very crouded, which gave me a wonderfully relaxed time. WiFi worked after a phone call, unstable only once or twice during my stay. The whole armosphere was one of the best in this part of the northern Red Sea.

Review 125：First, we were faced by this stupid rule of no visiting between rooms which is a creation of their minds, nothing was in a written form was handed to us including this rule. I personally was offended. the hotel is poor in terms of entertainment, no activities, its a place for families to go and have fun with their kids. The weather was very cold and still the hotel didn't allow any smoking indoors which made it worse. Bathroom door was not working in addition to the curtains. i was in a room with a pool view and anyone could see me inside my room, no privacy, couldn't sleep well because of the sun light. Finally, if you are a boring person, this is your bets destination.

Review 127：A corporate event on a weekend is not a good idea as they were noisy and the hotel got them a lousy live singer. Beach is quite narrow with everyone actually sitting "with" each other. If the hotel was a little more crowded, it would have been a bad experience on the beach. The pool was closed the second day of our stay for no clear reason.

Review 131：Staff are very unprofessional, they're polite but have no idea howto deal with guests.We were a group of 5 families, check-in was a nightmare, receptionists obsessed with paperwork, wouldn't allow me to manage the paperwork and get the room keys for my senior parents and cousins with kids, repeating same information several times like a robot! And disturbed us many times over trivial details, such as confirming 5 times by telephone that the price for an extra bed is 100LE per night! Which I confirmed from the 1st time that I'm gladly willing to pay. Everyone was obsessed about the "towel cards" causing lots of confusion and annoyances every time we went to the swimming pool or the beach. After check-out and settling a bill of more than 17'000LE, the receptionist came in front of everyone to ask for 10LE because a tea mug was broken in one of the 5 rooms we had!!! I would still highly recommend going there if you can manage your anger dealing with the staff, the hotel is nice, although a bit expensive. But that is the best value for money you can get in Sokhna. For the hotel management I would recommend having all staff taking courses in how to deal with guests, paperwork and hospitality.

Review 132：Excellent conditions of furniture and facilities. Food was good, but notamazing. Nice sandy beach is 10 minutes walking or 5 minutes by golfcart. Rooms are spacious and nice swimming pool.

Review 133：The bed is painful, the beach is very far away from the hotel and while going with a golf car u can't see anything, those golf areas shown in the pictures r not within the hotel area, the walls of the room r super bad we can hear our neighbor coughing and going to the bathroom, he woke up at 5 am and therefore we had to wake up with him as we listen everything and couldn't go back to sleep, no privacy at all

Perfect pool with a great design, lovely and comfortable cafe on the roof, awesome food and clean rooms with comfortable furniture. In addition, the staff were more than professional and hard worker with a nice smile on their faces. I can recall one of them his name was Sameh. He was really helpful.
