Review 1：Hotel need some renovation , bathroom is very small and kettle is very dirty. We asked the receptionist to change the kettle ,but they said that they have no spare one.. Balldins hotel have a big chain but this particular hotel has poor facilities.

Review 3：Why having to wait almost 1/2 hour even late at night at the outside gate to enter with my car in the hotel yard. Finally I had to wake up somebody from my family to ask them to find a member of the staff to operate the aperture of the gate. Without my family 's help, I would have been forced to wait till morning in my car outside to reach my bed.

Review 6：gate bell out of order-really unpleasant when you have to dine out late on a Saturday night, asked for double bed and got two singles instead, coffee/tea amenities just for one person, mold in shower cabin, cracked sink, broken faucet, stains on towels and duvet, dust on surfaces and floor, a blue men's sock on the tree outside our window and the bugs that kept us company 24/7

Review 8：The hotel was run down and dilapidated. There was no coffee facilities as advertised in the room. I went to reception to purchase some diet coke or water as was shown on a menu but they had nothing. I have never worked in France before and perhaps I should have been suspicious based on the price. Something I will not forgot in the future.
Review 9：The only thing that stopped me from walking out after seeing the room was that at least the bed was clean. After a long day travelling I couldn't find the energy to go elsewhere.
Review 10：the fact that i did spend the first night in another hotel despite telling them that we will arrived a 3.00 am on the 27/08/15. when there they told us that no room was available for us before 12.00 pm. Bad experience and luck of organisation that was blame to booking.com web side.

Review 13：Having booked 6 months in advance, five of the seven rooms i'd booked were double and not the twins i'd ordered. The rooms were tired looking and in need of refurbishment. Some fixtures and fittings were broken. Attention to detail is needed in terms of cleanliness. A used cotton bud and hairs were found in the bathroom. Drinks at reception were out of date and fruit in the breakfast room past its best.
Review 14：The location is great. It's on the outskirts of Paris and there is a frequent train service into the city nearby. The area was quiet during our two night stay.
Review 15：Bathroom was awful and not totally cleaned. Yellow water on the floor . Moreover, we could't enter or get out without asking the reception to open the door outside.

They then conned us into two double rooms at a non negotiable extra cost. we could not do much about it as it was late and we were on cycles, otherwise we would have walked away. Staff attitude was sharp to say the least! Will never return.
