Reviews for Masia Tinet

Review 1:Everything was better than the photos in the website. I was booking for just a sleep but at the end it was one of the highlights of my stay at the Delta. The guesthouse has a lot of character and it's surrounded by large rize fields. The owner was very welcoming and told us what to do in the area and where to have dinner.

Review 2:Would have liked a shelf in the shower for soap etc instead of scrabbling around on the floor?

Review 3:Centrally situated for enjoying the Ebro delta. Very friendly. Good breakfast.

Review 4:We felt that the staff wanted nothing more than our comfort. Janet, Noellia(?sp) and cook were just so helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic. A beautifully decorated hotel - I think they have just 6 rooms - each individual. We were there off season and the fields were barren but once the rice is planted and the fields are green, and the pool has been filled, this must be a real haven. VERY secure system to the hotel and parking. Very good location for bird watching.

Review 5:Nothing..

Review 6:We liked everything. The satnav could only find it with GPS co-ordinates, but what a find - an absolute gem - we could fault nothing. We were en route further south or would have stayed longer to explore the area and enjoy the hospitality.

Review 7:Just a shame it was the cook's week off, but managed to find good meals at a couple of local restaurants.

Review 8:From arrival to departure we felt completely cared for. Our lovely host 'Janet' helped make our stay the best she could. As it was out of season we virtually had Masia Tinet to ourselves, Janet left us to our own devices, but was on hand when needed. We couldn't fault the place. Breakfast was BIG and of excellent quality. The room was large and comfortable, with a lovely en suite bathroom. Masia Tinet was spotlessly clean. It's in a very peaceful setting with a wonderful fresh water pool. Masia Tinet has a fantastic old charm about it and is very tastefully decorated with its individual furniture, ornaments and artwork. We would recommend it to anyone!!

Review 9:Very nice house with a lot of homely atmosphere. Quite special. In the middle of a rice field.

Review 10:good restaurants hard to find in towns

Review 11:we liked the area: rice fields, delta flora & fauna. an area with an economy, not just tourism.

Review 12:Nothing!

Review 13:Everything!!! The location is very good, staff is extremely friendly, rooms are nicely equipped and spacious, bathroom is beautiful and the breakfast is nice! Moreover, the car parking is available (in closed courtyard next to house) together with outdoor places for sitting and relaxing.

Review 14:This was a rustic comfortable hotel. I liked the idea of common rooms for guests so that evenings did not have to be spent just in your room. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was substantial and fresh. Location in the country is good for nature lovers and easy to find using their directions.

Review 15:Warm, comfortable common area practical wih young kids Diner was home cooked and very nice with good price Flexibility from the hotel very much appreciated Good advise on activities

Review 16:Nothing

Review 17:The owner was very friendly, spoke good english and helped with my spanish! Large comfortable bedroom with beautiful ensuite shower room. Typical savoury spanish breakfast plus georgeous homemade preserves. Surreal surroundings as completely surrounded by water. Short walk into town and river walk. We would throroughly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Review 18:We loved everything in this hotel. The beautiful design of the rooms and the house, the warm and kind treatment of the owners, the quiet area, the good restaurant "Nicanor" that is nearby. Great place!
