Review 1：You should learn how to use the shower. Adjusting the water temperature was not straight forward.
Review 2：It's literally right next to the beach and all the cafes/restaurants are just next to the place and it's just 10 minutes from the airport. There are two large rooms one with double bed one with 2 single beds. There are more then enough wardrobes in both rooms. Kitchen and living room are somewhat smaller but there is still enough room for a dinner table with 4 chairs. It's reasonably clean and quiet. Very nice people!

Review 4：The apartment is conveniently situated just several meters from a perfect beach. The view from the balcony is oustanding. We were kindly welcomed by the host who was very helpful.
Review 5：The location is awesome, located directly at the shore line in the most prominent spot of El Medano. Airport is not bothering at all! Vincent, the host, was just nice, providing great insider recommendations. We will be back!

Review 7：Amazing location. Less than 10m away from the ocean. Despite the very late hour of arrival, nice welcome. Good comfortable appartment. Very nice area. ( close by restaurants and bars but still quite enough). We were missing a hairdryer, but when we asked for one it was immediately delivered, so good service. And again, waking up with the sound of the ocean was an amazing experience. I wouldn't recommend appartment n 3 ( because that's the one I want when I go back). I rented a car and was able to park every time within 10 m of the enterance. Mayby one recommendation; if you arrive late, make sure you have the telephone Number at hand as it is not so obvious from the street which door it is. I've stayed for work very often in 5 star hotels around the world, but would trade it any time for a location like this. ( without saying that this was 5 stars). Wifi was excellent. I also liked the common terras with ocean view. All in all, very good experience
Review 8：The owner is rather disorganised and we had difficulty gaining access on arrival and the apartment was not ready for us.However Vincent is a very friendly chap and well meaning!

Review 28：Cost of cleaning should be included. If you are only staying for one night 30 euros extra takes the price to over 100 euros.
Review 29：There is no reception. You will have to call the guy who is renting the apartment, who lives in front in Nr. 16, so that he can give you the key. Some of the dishes and the cutlery still had food rests.
Review 30：The location is probably the best, as well as the view. You have supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in short walking distance. There are many towels in the bathroom and it is very useful to have a washing machine in the flat as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
Review 31：Bed linen not changed during a 9 day stay. Having to clean apartment on departure to avoid having to pay 30euro for this, Cleaning should be included in the price which is not cheap at 88euro per night.

Review 34：I really enjoyed my stay at Rocamar my apartment was perfect, lots of room really comfy lather couches, an didn't have any problem sleeping the beds are cosy the apartment has a well equipped kitchen an really fast wifi and the view from the balcony is amazing an el medano is a really nice place defiantly stay again
Review 35：No Parking. A lot of steps to be negotiated with luggage, shopping etc. Would not suit elderly people. TV didn't work.

Review 37：We started off on a high note when apartment manager, Vincent, called us a few days before we arrived to ask if there was anything we needed. He loaded the apartment with beach towels and beach toys for the kids, saving us the hassle of bringing it ourselves. The location could not be better and Vince is kind. Would rent from him again.
Review 38：It took me over an hour to contact the owner for entrance on arrival. I had missed a phone call in the morning, and when I texted and called later he had his phone turned off. Then my allocated apartment had not been cleaned, so I was given another for the first night. Next morning my own was very thoroughly cleaned.

Review 42：Perfect location, especially if you are into kitesurfing. Just meters from the sea, so you can hear its sound when lying in a bed. You may also enjoy beautiful sunrises and breakfast on a terrace/balcony. Big supermarket in just 10 minutes walk. Nice atmosphere in the area - very different from Las Americas (i.e. mainly drunk youngsters), but there are still nice bars and restaurants.
