Review 1：The hotel needs improvement in general, noises in each room were audibly present! We were all disappointed because it didn't match our expectations base from what have shown in your adds! Even welcoming hot drinks inside our room were not offered as part of complimental service, and not even a single of soap and shampoos were present! What a disgusting part was, we noticed that the undies and socks of the previous costumer/s still inside the drawer!! Not a good location to stay if you're with your family! Definitely not going back there again, that for sure!

Review 2：We have bought the romantic offer which initially included two rooms with two double beds, bottle of cava per room, the tickets to Gaydi center and to the casino. Finally, we were completely upset since even the bed in one of the rooms was made out of two twin beds. Nothing from the promised things corresponded the reality and even the bottles of cava we had to inquire about. Very disappointed.

Review 7：We chose the hotel because of its central location as we were flying into Reus late one night. We chose a triple room and there was plenty of space - it seemed to be a suite with an extra bed in it which was great. The staff were very friendly and assisted us in locating the best area for sightseeing/eating. It's perfectly situated in the centre of town and we would definitely stay here again.

Review 8：Told us we had to pay 10 euros for the dog and wanted 3 euros for the safe key.because of this we ate out for Evening Meal and Breakfast. Penny inching never works with us

Review 18：The staff on reception either because of language difficulties or lack of interest on their part weren't overly helpful with ongoing travel arrangements for us. However their job itself was performed adequately.

Review 19：The hotel is comfortable, friendly and relaxed. The breakfast was adequate and dining arrangements informal and easy. It was impersonal which is good or bad depending on your preferences.

Review 20：No parking with the hotel, not even a possibility to stop and unload. But next door is a small public car park for €4,- per day. This should not be considered a deal breaker

Review 21：... If you consider it a place only to sleep and are out all day. I would use Gaudi again when visiting friends. I suggest not to book with breakfast since you have a multitude of small venues in walking distance to experience local and international food.

Review 23：The hotel was close to the town centre, and not far from both the train and bus station. I asked for a quiet room and was placed on the 7th floor. The room was quiet and there was a great view over Reus.

Review 26：Very poor hygiene - literally filthy with rolling dust balls on the floor. Dated - needs a major update, especially of the bathroom. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to a level that all the springs were sticking out through the paper- thin mattress. It is not possible for an adult to sleep on it, only very light kids and they would still find it uncomfortable. The hotel is on a Main Street which is quite noisy if your windows face it.

Review 30：Double Rooms not as described in advert when booking, no sofa bed, no cd or DVD player, no balcony, staff said nothing they could do. Given keys, rooms still had dirty sheets, bins, towels from previous occupier,told to go out and come back again in 30 mins.Curtains ripped, floor tiles and furniture chipped, vending machines filled with random items for 2euro, thankfully only staying for 1 night

Review 61：The breakfast was frankly appalling, with a lot of reheated frozen products and horrible 'juice'. Do NOT eat at the hotel, you're much better off going to a nearby restaurant or bar. I called ahead to ask a question and the telephone service was awful from an extremely rude man. Fortunately he wasn't on reception during my stay.

Review 66：Location, central to Reus shopping centre and restaurants, 2 min walk to bus station and 5 min walk to train statiion. There was always plenty of hot water for shower/bath. Reus was not a tourist town we loved Reus for that reason alone.
