Review 1：A little way out of town. For older people a handrail on the bath would be useful.

Review 5：Proprietor was very helpful and friendly, providing recommended restaurants and points of interest in Getaria. Spacious and clean accommodations. Lovely view of nearby vineyards and the sea.

Review 6：The only slight downside was the signage, although it might just have been me driving for 4 hours. As soon as you get into the small village of Getaria take your first sharp right up the long road. (If you shoot past the church, as I did, you've gone too far). There is a sign at the top of the road and from there you'll see a small roundabout with Usotegi marked on it, but it's not very clear after that sign even though you're very close.

Review 7：Very good accommodation with nice buffet breakfast. All furnishings/fixtures new and of good quality. Very nice big room and bathroom, with a lovely little balcony. Booked for one night, stayed for two. Good base to explore the area from. Thoroughly recommend this property and would gladly stay again (now I know how to find it!)

Review 8：The taxi from the bus is €10 so when it is paid each way it adds significantly to the cost of an overnight stay. The house should offer a pick up and drop off service.

Review 11：We are touring Europe on a motorbike and decided to start with three nights here. When she showed us our accommodation our jaw dropped. Wow. This is bigger than our house! And cheap too! The scenery is stunning, the woman on reception is really friendly and the town is awesome. They also sell their own wine which is very good! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Review 19：The property is very nice and cosy with an amazing view on the sea and bask country mountains. The common living room has a fireplace and is stylish. The room I stayed in was large with wooden furniture and a balcony. The lady of the house was very friendly and gave me great local tips on where to go in Getaria.

Review 20：Really thin walls. I had earplugs so it was alright but it could get very loud if crowded. No restaurant, no options for lunch or dinner. Could be a bit difficult to find, if, like me, your GPS is old. No slippers, toothpaste/ toothbrush, hairdryer... but after all it's more of a b&b than a proper hotel.

Review 27：We loved everything about Usotegi. Although a hair dryer was not provided with the room, it was possible for my wife to borrow one from the owners.

Review 28：Usotegi is ideally located - surrounded by vineyards with both ocean and mountain views. It is a family run bed and breakfast. It has a cozy, serene atmosphere and the staff make you feel right at home. We did not want to leave!

Review 29：Wi-fi did not work in the room, only in common areas or on the terasse. When cleaning someone hung our already used bathroom mat next to the towels. The plastic cover of the mattress underneath the sheets made noise and it was much too hot to sleep until we removed it. A farmer was coming regularly to feed his cows next to the hotel and he was not turning off the engine of his car for several minutes.
