Review 1：we really enjoyed Coma Ruga, hotel was ok, but a bit old and shabby , need renovation; no any information in the room with respect to telephone numbers, room service, etc.; overall would be expected for 3* not 4*

Review 2：location is very good, close to the beach, friendly staff; spa is good but was quite crowed during our stay (beginning of august), so we spent most of the time at the beach; lots of nice restaurants, especially we liked Che Montevideo and El Puinguino; one should try the blue train to next village Calafel

Review 5：Service is just ok. I am not sure if it is the standard Spanish customer service, or poor service. I found rude that employees are yelling (speaking really loud) while I was checking in and out (both days). Cleaning service was very loud during the day slamming doors or yielling from one room to the next (difficult to take a traditional "siesta"). Wifi was only good in certain areas of the hotel. I was told by an employee that there was only one Internet router in the second floor. This means if you where close to it you would get internet, otherwise "Ole".

Review 9：Our room (and loads more on one side) were directly opposite a fun fair. It's really loud, with terrible arcade machines going on until about 2 or 3 in the morning. The hotel made no effort to warn us about them - it should be explicitly clear that certain rooms will give you a terrible night's sleep.

Review 26：Meal was just terrible! The same dish for lunch and dinner, nothing fresh, the kid was eating just bread for three days. Pool is very small and not comfortable. Absolutely shouldn't cost the money we paid. Rooms are old and not clean. Never again!

Review 28：This hotel is not a spa hotel although it classifies itself as one. There is no indoor swimming pool - it is a whirlpool which is always packed because they let locals use it. There is no deck chairs to relax on around the whirlpool and it is a bit run down. The hotel room was filthy - not cleaned properly at all. The staff at reception are relatively helpful but there are a few that are not at all. It is about an hour and half away from Barcelona. Finally, if you are going full board the opening times for the restaurant are awkward - lunch is between 2-3:30 and dinner does not start until 9pm! It finishes at 10:30pm. There area around the hotel is also very run down with no real restaurants or bars to go to. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Excellent selection and well prepared but let down by the poor design of the serving areas ( bain maries, but no lids or heat lamps) which lead to the food being luke warm. Fortunately there was a micro wave on hand, but not a substitute to the food being hot in the first place.
