Review 1：Entertainment not our cup of tea... we stayed 5 nights over Christmas and left show each night within a matter of minutes. 2 out of 5 nights we never even bothered waiting to see what it was going to be like and missed the show out completely.

Review 2：Variety, quality and hot buffet selections for both breakfast and dinner. Excellent location - seconds to get onto the Paseo & beach.

Review 3：The rooms were a good size and quiet. The breakfast was amazing, everything you could want for was on offer. Excellent location and the hotel was very clean. I couldn't fault it and would stay there again, hopefully next year.

Review 4：What I didn't like was. ...... The room was not clean especially the bathroom (wc ).... The towels. All the water comes out after the shower. ..

Review 6：If I had to comment, I would prefer English pillows and more comfortable chairs to sit on to watch tv. I spent a lot of time using the bed as a chair. Also, the patio sliding door was so hard to slide but am definitely using the hotel again.

Review 10：Not wheel chair freindy.getting to restaurant is very bad.lifts too small for wheelchair and the lift from our room 740 met with a fire door.no way in. That lift was big enough for the wheelchair.

Review 12：Glass door on wardrobe was damaged and there were fragments of glass on the floor when we arrived. We reported immediately and floor was swept promptly but no attempt made to repair or prevent glass from shedding more fragments. Hairdryer didn't work but glowed red and smelled of burning. Had to report twice before it was repaired.

Review 13：Perfect location, so close to the beach. Superb views from our room. Restaurant staff were lovely.

Review 14：The enormous amount of steps! We had a climb up a long rising passageway containing 35 stairs (no lift) That was just to reception level. Then two more short fights of stairs down to the dining room. Serviced by a lift that only held 4 persons and travelled to 6 floors above it. It was constantly full so one got fed up of waiting and climbed down the stairs. You needed a rest before you got up to choose your food ! To reach the beach & passeo were yet more steps. Unless you have mountain goat abilities I would advise asking where your bedroom would be and hope it's not in the annex ! We will not be returning here.

Review 16：What i didnt like was the wifi signal (very poor) also, i (on two separate occasions) advised at reception that i had no batteries on my remote control during my stay.. The a/c is not as strong and cooling as I've experienced in other 4 star hotels.. These are my only downfalls

Review 28：I have chosen this hotel for its gym to be able to do excercise everyday and to swim in the morning and in the evening in the outdoor pool ofthe hotel. But: the gym is open from 10 am to 1.45 pm and from 3 pm to 7pm, and the pool is open from 10 am to 7 pm. So we needed to replan thedays to be able to do sport and city visits by car. The pool is correct,clean, useful. The gym is dirty, there was no cleaning spray and paperto clean the machines. I was really not liked that I want to use thegym, drink water, use towel on the machines - the whole thing was not inline with the Spanish vacations. The gym was closed on Sunday (but itwas nowhere indicated...)Most of hotel employees do not speak any other language but Spanish: only the reception has English speaking staff. The restaurant could not understand when we were asking for water...

Review 29：The hotel has an excellent location and good food. You would enjoythe hotel if you are over 70 years old Spanish speaking as it wasthe composition of about 75% of its guests during my 5-day stay inJune 2015.

Review 30：Mature staff who have no idea about modern day customer satisfaction. Tomake things worse, they seem to be moulding the younger members in thesame offensive style. Eg. We forgot to sign the chitty for a bottle ofwater at dinner one evening. Despite it having our room number clearlystated on it we were publicly humiliated and chastised in front of thewhole restaurant. Been going to Spain for many years and have neverexperienced staff like this. Fawltey Towers would be my onlydescription. Never again!!!

I was honestly wondering whether I was in Spain considering what food was available. - late night animation in the bar created a lot of noise for other clients not wanting to listen to loud music till 23:00 - airconditioning did not work properly

The spa area was disappointing, one spa and the steam room not working and the pool fountains not working and whole indoor spa area generally shabby.

It was born of Franco efficiency, and that is still evident with very professional staff, and unquestionable attention to cleanliness and the staff's general pride in the hotel.

Review 60：We had room 540. The size of room and balcony was good. The view from balcony, size of beds. Lovely pools and garden. Liked the position and the fact it was easy to get onto the promenade. After a bad start staff good especially porter who took our bags from car and found out the room number and put the cases in the room while we were elsewhere. If we stay again we would have to have room 540 again, it was easy for my disabled husband to get to and fro from.

Review 69：Location is great, 10mins stroll takes you either to the harbor or along the promenade both of which are full of great restaurants, hotel has 4 pools all different depths and sizes and no shortage of sun loungers, breakfast was fine - typical spanish breakfast, hotel was very clean and we will def be back. We both liked the older crowd in the hotel aswell which meant there was no noise or drunken hen/stag partys around the pool during the day which is a big bonus when you have kids with you. Very family friendly and we will be back again next year without doubt

Review 71：I could not fault a thing. Hotel, food, entertainment all first class. We had a very active 8 year old granddaughter with us who never used the dreaded word BORED once. A great time was had by all three of us. Would definitely return for another holiday.
