Reviews for H10 Playa Meloneras Palace
Review 1:-Cleaning of room is very irregular, sometimes is of low quality. Sometimes they forget to clean the plates from room service for 2 days. Or forget to leave towels and toilet paper. And another shift is doing fine with cleaning. Strange variation for 5**** hotel.
Review 2:Excellent view and location. Friendly staff at Reception, but often during the day difficult to get in contact with them since too many peopleiding are in line to reception.. excellent pool area with sun beds!
Review 3:Nothing not to like
Review 4:Everything. Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff facilities location perfect. We have been going here for 11 years and we are never disappointed
Review 5:We have to pay to use indoor swiming which is not pleasant for a resort hotel. Charge for spa is understandable, swiming pool? At least should allowed for all customers in winter season.
Review 6:Perfect hotel for a relaxing holiday. Beautiful view from almost all the rooms, unique outdoor heated pool. Food is very good, lots health foods choices. Breakfast with champagne.
Review 7:We really liked relaxing at this quiet resort that is at the far edge of the tourist zone, but if you are looking to be somewhere central with lots of action, then this isn't the place. However, you can rent bikes for less than 10 euro a day a be in the middle of everything within 30 minutes or less.
Review 8:Service of tea and coffee at infinity pool in small polystyrene cups, which for a 5 star hotel was appalling. Also coffee machine was faulty and the cup served was just like dishwater!
Review 9:The hotel is lovely in a brilliant location at the far end of the Meloneras promenade, overlooking the sea and a small beach. It is spotlessly clean and very pleasant staff.
Review 10:The hotel does give you the feeling of a typical All-Inclusive resort. We stayed for one night so that was not a problem, but for us it's not a resort we would stay for a week or more.
Review 11:Great facilities, great food (not all-inclusive), great service for early check-in and late check-out with baby.
Review 12:We prefer real espresso to the Nespresso capsules. The WiFi in the room was not usable at all. Takes several minutes to load a single Web page.
Review 13:Very nice pool areas and tasty buffets with good variety. The staff does an excellent work creating a hospitable atmosphere.
Review 14:The hotel refused to support me when I have been sick though I requested to do. In addition, there are no pharmacy around the hotel. Thus, I went to the pharmacy by taxi in spite of fever. I will never use this hotel.
Review 15:There were some eventDis every night after the dineer.
Review 16:The wifi in the room is not so good but wifi is OK on the balcony (and nice and sunny to sit on the balcony!)
Review 17:The staff were very friendly. Isabel at reception is lovely. the pool was very clean (though one pool was a little cold - although we did visit in December which is winter!) The food was very good. Very relaxing stay. Easy and scenic walk to the town of Maspalomas. The hotel is just across the road from the beach.
Review 18:Turned out expensive for what we had.. We booked 3 rooms over Christmas including the 'last room available' via yourselves - this was supposed to be big enough for two adults plus one child on half board - and cost considerably more than the other two rooms... but turned out to be exactly the same as the other rooms but with a pull out bed. I had tried to change this a couple of weeks before our visit but couldn't do it on your site as it appeared there were no other rooms available if I changed it. I also phoned and emailed the hotel ... but they wouldn't do anything about it as it was a 'booking.com' booking, When we arrived at the hotel, they said the same thing, but also said we should have booked direct and then they would have done something.....!!!!! So we ended up paying for two adults plus child on half board at Christmas prices instead of one single adult. This was annoying, as, although the hotel was busy, it didn't seem to be totally full. No compensation of any kind was offered. Would be interested to know what you think should have happened in this situation?
Review 19:It was just a nice relaxing Christmas break.
Review 20:Not all restaurant staff could speak/ understand English (was overcome eventually).
Review 21:Very friendly staff that take the effort to personalize your stay. Great quality and range of food through all meals. Nice location, close to beach (not too crowded unlike the neighboring beaches). Suggestion: Try to grab a good deal/ tariff if you can. Opt for at least half board (you won't regret it!)
Review 22:Can tell it's an quite old hotel, furnitures r out of date as well.
Review 23:We r on the top floor, room is spacious with a big terrace towards the sea, beneath is the poor view. Good breakfast with variety of options. Location wise it's close to the beach and convinent to get food.
Review 24:It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, the staff are open and friendly and always with a smile. Our room was excellent with a sea view and enclosed balcony which allows you privacy. The hotel is very clean throughout.
Review 25:Most of the staff on reception were very good and pleasant but some staff are miserable and officious.
Review 26:Hotel spacious & peaceful with a touch of luxury & class. Mainly couples. In a quiet resort with a great beach but close to good shopping area and beautiful Oasis.
Review 27:Accounting.no way to check purchases as not given receipt every time should not have to ask staff for them.Smokers ruled ,we could not go where they were so some bits were out of bounds to us.
Review 28:All was good. blue team were great
Review 29:the rooms are outdated, the smell of cigarette smoke, too much chlorine used to clean bathrooms room as it does not fall into the same hotel
Review 30:+staff +meals +pool erea
Review 31:Ground floor room with direct access from the outside made it unsafe to have the door open at night, while air conditioning hardly gave cold. No coffee machine at room
Review 32:Spacious, clean room. Good and free internet connection. Good breakfast/dinner. Friendly staff
Review 33:Staff at reception were not very helpful...I asked for a room in an upper floor and I received a room in the first floor...disappointing.
Review 34:spacious room, good internet connection (free) and good breakfast. Staff (except people at reception) were very nice and friendly
Review 35:Only the superior, more expensive rooms have tea and coffee-making equipment in the rooms. We had a standard room but feel that a five-star hotel should provide this facility.
Review 36:The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The luxury and good food. The weather
Review 37:Weak wifi Bathrooms in the room are a bit old and smelly No coffee machine in the room Overall rooms are not 5-star
Review 38:Very friendly and helpful staff Swimming pool Sea view from the room Breakfast
Review 39:Nothing - it was perfect!
Review 40:The service, polite staff, cleanliness, food, location, free wifi everywhere, it's modern but with an old twist. All top branded drinks (we went all inclusive) the alacarte menu was amazing!! One lady who worked at the pool bar was so happy and remembered our room number after just one visit to the pool bar!
Review 41:Poolside cocktails are a bit of a let down. Just poured from a big jug into a plastic cup but charged full price. No option for cash payments as everything is charged to your room. Be careful in your room around 4pm as the minibar attendant just lets himself in to replenish the bar!
Review 42:Excellent location - nice and quiet but only a short walk to any entertainment you like. Food is excellent with an extensive selection and offers great value for money. Pool area is lovely too with plenty of sunbeds etc. All in all fantastic.
Review 43:At times there were insufficient staff especially at the Chill Out terrace in the evening, so it was sometimes a long wait to be served. Also the stairwell leading up to our room was also a fire escape and every day was blocked by a laundry trolley.
Review 44:This was the third visit by myself and my husband. The staff are amazing, the facilities excellent and the location is ideal. Relaxing but a short walk to shops and bars
Review 45:Would be useful if dining room dress code was made clear on websiteprior to booking rther than being caught out a little
Review 46:Facilities good and staff friendly and helpful
Review 47:The wi-fi was a bit sketchy - But it was nice to have an enforced break from checking messages and e-mails.The air-con in our room was almost non-existent, luckily we didn't go when it was peak season.
Review 48:This is the first hotel I have stayed in where, if guests reserve sunbeds, the pool staff remove the items to free them up for other guests. Turn down service in the evening is a nice touch. All of the staff greeted you with a cheery smile. The infinity pool was rather lovely too.
Review 49:The dining room had little ventilation The layout of the dining room made it like an assault course getting round The bar service at the outdoor bars was slow
Review 50:The hotel grounds and pool The rooms were very good too
Review 51:The evening entertainment was average- we have seen better shows in other hotels. I think the hotel needs to hand out better maps- the maps we were given were quite blurred and we missed things.
Review 52:We loved the location of the hotel and the wonderful views. The rooms were very modern, clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were cleaned twice a day with chocolates left on our pillows in the evening and towels replaced every day. We were only on a Bed and Breakfast basis and the choices we got for breakfast were amazing! All the food was labelled clearly and tasted great. The pools were of a great size- apparently there was an infinity pool but we didn't find this until our last day and we didn't get a chance to go in it- which was a shame! This hotel was absolutely wonderful to stay in, The whole team of staff were always very friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again.
Review 53:Cost of water in restaurant was overpriced. Paid full price for our teenage son who had to sleep on a sofa bed.
Review 54:Hotel was clean, all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good variety of food to choose from. Beds were the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel.
Review 55:Difficult to work out the final bill and unable to keep an eye on your spending, Reciepts not clear. Could get a nasty shock !!
Review 56:Very relaxing good hotel with every comfort
Review 57:- WiFi didn't work for 4-5 days, I had to insist 3 times before they fixed it; - breakfast and lunch looks a bazar, very very loud and plates are almost all dirty. People normally checks them before filling food in it. Also at breakfast it is the same problem with coffee cups, dirty; - the food is not good, both breakfast and lunch. The Pasta tasted as if boiled with toilet water; - only one person to take drinks orders at lunch, and one person for cooking fish and meat at request. That means long waiting time, but mostly it is unpleasant to see a person to be put under so much stress of work, just in front of you. - they have dress code for dinner, long trousers and long sleeves for man. Still in 2015, yes; - it doesn't look a 5 star the room, very old tv and old forniture; - I payed extra for Panoramic view and I get the half of the view. - 3+ km from the first nice beach, 7km to the good one, by car.
Review 58:Fantastic hotel with stunning grounds, lovely pools and the buffet is excellent. The room is great with really comfortable bed and lovely bed linens and great housekeeping. the sea view from the bed is amazing. its a lovely 35 minute walk along the cliff top path by the sea to the incredible Las Meloneras sand dunes every day which we love for the daily outdoor exercise. this was the 3rd year we have been back.
Review 59:The buffet was a bit disjointed I.e. Sweetie counter was beside cold meats etc and the food was very repetitive.
Review 60:This hotel do not allow you to reserve sunbeds which is fantastic! You were able to get a bed at the pool any time of the day.
Review 61:Some of the evening entertainment was not wonderful, busy for casino night and acrobats but empty for band and the music played after acts finished did not encourage anyone to stay and dance!
Review 62:The hotel grounds and pools are stunning. The staff very friendly and helpful. The choice at breakfast was one of the best I have seen in a hotel.
Review 63:Wifi was very poor, basically non-existent in some areas of the hotel. Rooms facing the road were extremely noisy at night as there is a nightclub directly across the road so very loud until the early hours of the morning (3am). I asked reception (night staff) for earplugs but they were not overly helpful and couldn't supply them
Review 64:Excellent hotel, facilities were brilliant, food was outstanding, excellent selection at the buffets each day. Very friendly staff. Gym is very good, and beautiful spa. Shops and bike hire on site were very handy. Bars / Restaurants outside hotel on beachfront for variety. Lovely coastal walk to Maspalomas. Sunbeds by the pool are very comfy and plenty of them, good selection of pools also
Review 65:Didn't like the area. Stayed in the hotel most of the time.
Review 66:Hotel was beautiful and big. Food was amazing with a great choice. Lots of fish for the fish lovers
Review 67:persistant urine smell in toilet.Needed a good cleaning with a wet mop and some pleasant smelling cleaning agent. I put this in my report to hotel.Bed linen not changed for 6 days.also room not serviced on one occasion ,did not put this on report to hotel.
Review 68:Got room on 5th floor as requested lovely quiet part of hotel, nice balcony.
Review 69:Nothing what you would call seriously bad but... Some of the eveningentertainment was dreary. The lack of a bar where people couldcongregate when entertainment finished. People drifted away after theentertainment so at 10.30pm the place was flat with no atmosphere. Worstthing for me was the piped music around the pool bar especially theadult only pool. A bizarre mix of genres such as the Beatles Twist andShout followed by Rihanna we found love in a hopeless place (I'mhaunted by this song now) followed by Spanish holiday songs all playedthrough a 1960s quality mono amplifier and speaker on a very short loopso you get the same songs over and over. This put me off going anywherenear the place but unfortunately I could hear this all from the comfortof my own room! Haunted! The lack of a social atmospheric bar for lateevening relaxing was missing for me. The reception bar was too clinical. The bar downstairs was dominated by over zealous head barman and overbusy bar staff. Felt like I was playing second fiddle to them at times. Finally the location of the hotel was just a smidge too far out fromoutside cafes and shops but not too far.
Review 70:The staff. The cleanliness. The food. The bed. The free wifi. Thesun loungers.
Review 71:Wifi didn't always work but you are on your holiday!!!
Review 72:Great hotel! breakfast fantastic rooms are very shaded not much sun in the low floor rooms great if it's the height of the season! Very attentive staff and most helpful brilliant pools.
Review 73:Had to wait ages before a waiter came to the table to take drinks order. Also slow to remove plates in between courses from the table.
Review 74:Hotel set in quiet area but only a short walk to bars and other restaurants. Comfort and cleanliness, is superb, good choice of menu.
Review 75:at night (app.2.00 am) chemical processing plants began,we slept with the windows open, woke up - could not breathe. You need to prevent, to close the window.
Review 76:Thanks for everything
Review 77:in a 5 star hotel, ALL sunbeds should have mattresses. Not being able to pay cash for drinks and lunch etc.
Review 78:food- staff, especially sylvia from entertainment team.
Review 79:Pools a bit cold. The only and nicest outside bar had a no children rule so we couldn't sit out to have. Cocktail as we had a baby.
Review 80:Staff always friendly and helpful, rooms and balcony lovely, pool area spacious. Food was all very nice.
Review 81:We had a most enjoyable week at the H10 Playa Meloneras Palace from checking in to checking out. The hotel is situated nicely outside the busy area but within a relatively short and pleasant 2km walk west of Maspalomas lighthouse. The room we had, double with sea view, was comfortable with a seating area and reasonable size balcony although the description of sea view was somewhat misleading. True, there was a sea view, but this was more like a side view which only accounted for probably no more than 25% of the total view from the room. The half board option included dining in the buffet restaurant. There was plenty of selection at both breakfast and dinner and it was well presented and regularly refreshed. The entertainment each evening was very good, much better than we had expected. There were always a good number of available sunbeds in all areas and it was good to see the hotel did not allow guests to reserve sunbeds. Overall we had a thoroughly good week which was due to the weather, comfortable room, dining and the service provided by all members of the staff. We would unreservedly recommend this hotel.
Review 82:My situation was a bit unique I booked at 1:40 AM for the previous night and arrived at the hotel at 4 AM. I was so disappointed and bone tired after the stay that I have waited a month to comment to see if time softened the feeling of weariness and disappointment. It has not, so posting...The hotel lacks communication skills, presented things as my fault and lectured me.The clerk claimed I didn't have a reservation, when I presented the booking still in the cache on my phone he demanded I email him a copy. (Wi-Fi wasn't working and this was at my expense on roaming). I arrived tired and it took over 45 minutes to get checked in by the time I got to my room I was bone tired and could not sleep. While patiently waiting I was lectured that I would still need to check out at normal time. I had not asked for late check out and at this point I got a bit surly. I retorted that if I don't get a room, check out time isn't going to matter. I then got a lecture on top of the lecture. I then pushed the limits by inquiring about the included dinner on my reservation. I was informed I didn't get dinner, I showed him on the reservation and got yet another lecture. While I appreciate there was a bit of a language and cultural issue - for a 5 Star hotel they should appreciate that I do not need to be chastised, especially for things for which I am not at fault. When I was finally given a room, I was told the system was reconciling and it wasn't possible to cut a key card and security walked me to my room with a master room card. That card didn't work and I was left standing outside the door to my room while the security guard went to sort it. He came back and that key card didn't work so he forced open the door with a standard key.In the morning I went to breakfast and found it to be disappointing. Stale pastries and breads and tasteless fruit. I then noticed the chef station and tried to order.
Review 83:Housekeeping was amazing and the room was spotless.
Review 84:Very big hotel. Too many groups. it is not exclusive as presented. The water in the swimming pool is very cold. It is not on the beach. You have to cross a road and if you need a chair on the beach you have to pay.
Review 85:Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. good food.
Review 86:We can hear everything from other rooms, can not sleep late in the morning. Old fashioned, needrenewal Wifi dif not work or very slow Extra very expensive
Review 87:Very quiet area Beds
Review 88:Hotel is a bit removed from main restaurants and activities in the Maspalomas/Meloneras area.. Beach nearby was disappointing.
Review 89:Good facilities in the hotel.
Review 90:Diner in huge canteen crowded (huge customer base of German retired people), low quality food, mostly industrial yet diversified- worst deserts ever (fat, no taste at all)- advise: take only basic food to avoid the all-inclusive trap; Hotel architecture is way too complicated - Gaudi style radiating from central building, 300 m of dark corridor with dirty carpets to reach the room, stairs and labyrinths on 6 floors to get reception or beach road or main restaurant - so not indicated if walking problems/ young kids; Freezing pools (mid-March), ie not heated as stated- but currently drilling works on place to install ecological heat pump system and improve temperature next year...
Review 91:Location far from crowds yet 15/20 min walking from Maspalomas; kind staff willing to help and solve problems (noise, cold pools); decent sport facilities yet old gym machines; breakfast quality, rich & various, whole food selection, unlimited real orange juice. Globally still a lot to improve (noise insulation, pools heating, food quality- see below)- so not a 5 star as stated and paid...
Review 92:Would have been nice to have a heater pool Wifi reception was at times poor Rooms not 5 star, more like 3 to 4 Overpriced by at least 20% for the quality and size of the rooms Recommend avoiding ground level rooms when possible even for extra cost
Review 93:Very nice public areas especially the pool, facing west to enjoy the beautiful sunsets at the infinity pool patio bar Excellent location, nice walkway to the lighthouse, several good restaurants along the way Outstanding breakfast Friendly staff
Review 94:The pools were not warm enough to use even though the weather was 20-24 C. The entertainment was hit n miss.
Review 95:We enjoyed the space of the hotel area even though the hotel was full it was not crowded. The staff were very helpful and the device was excellent. The menu on offer had something for everyone. The beach beside the hotel was perfect for relaxation.
Review 96:Unfortunately the hotel didn't have a heated outdoor pool as advertised in what is considered to be a peak winter season.
Review 97:Everything about the hotel was good.especially food and facilities .
Review 98:Wifi unstable.
Review 99:The room, the great infinity pool area with a perfect view to the Atlantic Ocean, the very tasty food in the restaurant (half board), the quietness in the evening/nigth.
Review 100:Our only concern but not dislike was the food could not be kept as warm as we would normally enjoy. However this is not to distract from the quality quanity or many varities available to guests which was excellent.
Review 101:The reception welcome was an excellent start and sincere thanks to Ruth and the reception staff. The champagne flowers and strawberries and the bed decor in our bedroom was a wonderful gesture and much appreciated. Staff everywhere were helpful effective efficient friendly and professional.Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.
Review 102:Pools not heated. Given there are over 400 rooms, it's not surprising some food at buffet was only warm.
Review 103:Service and facilities you expect for 5stars. Large choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment was varied.
Review 104:Having to pay 25 euros each to use the spa. We were on half board basis, if we had been full board or all inclusive the spa would have been included. thought half board e.t.c was to do with the dining not the amenities. Pool to cold to use
Review 105:excellent food with a great choice. restaurant times, we didn't need to get up early as they serve breakfast until 11am. The rooms were very quiet and we had a lovely view of the sea and infinity pool
Review 106:Unfortunately the pool was really cold, so we didnt go swimming this time
Review 107:we have stayed in this hotel on several occasions but have not been for 6 years and the staff remembered us which was really nice. Cant wait to go back
Review 108:The only one direction to walk out of the hotel - through the promenade (all the others sides - wastelands). The room was not ready at the appointed time. Rather poor facilities in the Spa.
Review 109:Own beach, very good choice of meals in the restaurant, beautiful green natural landscape at the hotel territory. Popular promenade along the ocean to shopping areas and Dunas reserve.
Review 110:the buffet is really nice and delicious. the staff are very kindly and friendly, gave us all serves we need. easy parking, easy to find. Kinda quiet place for relaxing vacation.
Review 111:WiFi was almost unusable and there were ants in the room. My three girls wouldn't eat the all inclusive food. Granted they're picky and not used to this cuisine, but I didn't love it either.
Review 112:Beautiful facilities. Rooms are pretty nice. Staff is helpful. Short walk to the best downtown area I saw on the island which is a huge plus.
Review 113:Would like tea making facility in room. No other negative comments
Review 114:Location and views Great food. Best buffet ever we encountered. Pleasant staff. 35 minutes from airport
Review 115:Hotel like labyrint. Difficult to find way. Lot's of pool beds were empty but all were reserved by towels! Difficult to find any free place.
Review 116:Pool for only adults was peaceful, large. Hotel Car park had always lots of free space. Quality and versatility of sunbeds
Review 117:Some staffmembers are a bit haughty. Are not very multilangual nor helpfull. Lack the art of communication. Elevators were out of order due to heavy rain for 2 days and it lasted 6 days to get them all work again, but nobody was informed properly nor were the elderly people given help by carrying luggage e.g. Very much noise, esp. at night, by some of the hotelguests; partying, drunk, arguing. All in all, not 5 stars worthy.
Review 118:breakfast; good supply. In general decent fellow guests.Room; nice seaview and great balcony. Good cleaning. Beautiful architecture of the hotelcomplex. Hotel next to promenade.
Review 119:Cold freezing pool Waiting 30 minutes for a coffee at breakfast Very cold atmosphere in the entertainment lounge and cheap acts. Difficulty in lack of lifts from reception to downstairs. Cost of using cold pool in Spa 25 Euros each! Cold pool outside (better at Riu)
Review 120:Position of hotel
Review 121:leaving the hotel
Review 122:when approaching the hotel the elegance of the exterior. The friendly reception staff complete with a refreshing glass of sparkling wine. The spaciousness of the terraces complete with cabanas. On My Wife's birthday received a complimentary bottle of bubbly served chilled.
Review 123:Asked for a quiet room but were opposite a parade of shop with a disco that closed at 05.00. All the pools were freezing cold. There was supposed to be one heated outside pool but they appeared to all be the same temperature.
Review 124:Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Lovely present for my husbands birthday from the hotel. We were called the night before we left to see if we had enjoyed ourselves. Food was fab and consistently good quality and choice. Location, lovely walk along the seafront into the town.
Review 125:Reception staff was not helpful at all. We've requested a double bed but they gave us two single beds instead. We were on a honeymoon but they've said that we should have mentioned it before, so they gave us the standard room at the lowest floor. We needed to print our boarding passes but they could not help us! The sunbeds were occupied all the time by towels and possessions, we didn't have Wifi is fast but it is not available everywhere.
Review 126:Absolutely great facilities! Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet. Kind staff at the restaurant. Fast Wifi.
Review 127:middle of nowhere ! food poor for 5 star no waiter service in dining room even @ dinner again not 5 star for the price you pay ! poor signposting s for facility s this hotel should be re graded to 4 star ! then the price should be lowered to reflect the hotel and service .
Review 128:bed was excellent pool was beautiful and fresh !! balcony and sun loungers on it! great room on 7th floor with sea view! sun most of the day on balcony keep s the wind off .
Review 129:A little bit secluded, but only a 5-10min walk into meloneras along the sea front, so not that big of a deal. Really struggling to find any major negatives.
Review 130:We stayed here mid October and the facilities, staff and food/drink was excellent. The rooms have lovely large terrace/ balconies with great views.
Review 131:I feel it was a bit expensive for what we got. The music after the show I felt was not suitable to dance to most nights and they only had 1 show per night for a 5 star I stayed at the H10 Tamfayia Hotel in Lanzarote which is a 4 star and it was that good I have been back 3 times in the last 3 years. it also has 2 shows each night and music after the shows.
Review 132:The Location the room it was a suit the cleaner was very good leaving us little gifts and fancy displays made with towels they were lovely plenty of choice of food and some staff were very friendly.
Review 133:There wasn't anything we didn't like.
Review 134:From the time we arrived until our departure the staff could not do enough for us .We went to celebrate my wife's birthday and I am delighted that we chose the H10
Review 135:The hotel is at least 1.5km from anywhere, no decent restaurants/bars in the vicinity so it does feel isolated. Fine if you want to dine in the same canteen style hotel restaurant every day but not for everyone. Also the hotel was very busy so difficult to get loungers by the pool. Not much greenery around either, a bit of an oversized concrete jungle!
Review 136:Rooms were spacious and clean, spa facilities were good but overpriced, choice at breakfast was good.
Review 137:Lack of staff to serve food and drinks particularly in the outside restaurant. Always 30 minutes at breakfast to obtain a jug of coffee. Sometimes only one waitress out of breath trying nto keep everybody happy. Very very poor
Review 138:Pool, location, rooms and food
Review 139:hand up room keys to me before cleaning the room, water on the floor never clean up for at least 3hours, before check in we asked management could check out a bit late and they said should be not problem, but at 11.30am on the day we check out, staff keep rang us and spoke all the Spanish and then hangup, no communication tactical, should only worth 3 STARS hotel
Review 140:facilities was good and breakfast waslovely
Review 141:Wifi was a massive let down, it was practically non-existent in most areas of the hotel, very disappointing for a 5 star resort. Pool bar staff were very slow and a little rude, and wait staff in the outside area of the restaurant at night were even slower, waited up to 20 minutes most nights just to order drinks.
Review 142:Facilities were brilliant, fabulous Spa and Gym, bike rental, shop, numerous bars and lounge areas at night time, great entertainment, main pool is very big and plenty of very comfortable sun-loungers, staff very friendly in main reception / bar, great choice of food in the buffets, close to beach and restaurants/bars outside hotel, room fully air-conditioned and extremely comfortable beds.
Review 143:Would not rate this hotel as 5star but a 4star as a vit run down and no information give to guests as to events. A lot of all inclusive guests changes the feel of hotel. The pool bar felt more like 3star and would advise going to cafes in shopping centre for lunch if like us you book half board.
