Review 1：Fire Alarm went off at 0400hrs. No rep from Hotel to comfort guests. Guests were left outside in the cold in confusion as to if it was a false alarm or not.

Review 3：getting two beds instead of one double bed we specifically asked for while booking is bad enough, but finding the trash of previous guest from trash bin is unacceptable
Review 4：Kävin kurkkimassa aamulla muihin huoneisiin kun siivooja siivosi ja yllätyin kun melkeen kaikissa huoneissa oli vain kattoikkunat! Meillä kävi siis hyvä tuuri kun huoneessamme oli normaalit ikkunat. Aamupala vaatimaton.

Review 7：The location is great - nice and central: you can walk to Vallimägi, Aqva Spa, shops, across the street is Art Cafe. The flexibility with breakfast is great - you can have at whatever time (usually we miss it as it too early for us). Chose the place because the rooms looked modern on the pictures and I was not disappointed - rooms were clean and up-to-date. Friendly staff, everything was great and would go there again
Review 8：We stayed at the hotel during hot weather. We spent 2 nights in a room which was small and was one of those roof-rooms with 2 small windows in the roof - these windows did not allow any air movement. It was extremely hot in there and as there was no air-conditioner, it negatively affected what would have otherwise been a pleasant experience.
Review 9：The hotel is in a good location, is small and cute in it's nature. Breakfast was good and staff was lovely.
Review 10：No ac, did have a fan, windows did not open very wide but we were in a room with slanting ceiling and windows there. Because in summer it is light so late and early in the summer, it can disturb your sleep, no drapes.

Review 14：There was no staff when I arrived to hotel, I needed to call to administration and wait for somebody to come and give me a room. Breakfast wasn't good enough, there were no vegetarian choices.
