Review 1：Flies came in when we had the doors open to the balcony overlooking the plaza.

It was like a home rather than a hotel - beautiful linen and an exceptionally friendly and helpful manager Lisette who attended to our every need. After four weeks of travelling Los Arcos was like a little refuge from the "sameness" of the larger hotels. Well done!

Review 27：This is a lovely hotel in the most gorgeous of Spanish Medieval towns. Sol the hotel manager arrived within minutes of phoning to say we had arrived. She lowered the bollard to allow us in to unload, carried all our bags up to the large 1st floor room over looking the main Plaza. Very comfy bed, large bathroom with Spa bath and shower over. Small balcony with great views. Breakfast down in the cellar was very adequate, good coffee. Free WiFi worked well. You are surrounded by history, bars and restaurants. Very highly recommended.

Review 29：We had a lovely warm welcome from Lisette and she looked after us throughout. The 'honesty ' bar is a lovely idea if you fancy a drink in your room and the free teas and coffees a thoughtful touch.

Review 32：This place is great; as is the location - set in the heart of the casco antiguo, up in the mountains above a beautiful river and series of lakes, and surrounded by excellent eating places. Air-con, wi-fi... everything. But what transcends all of this is the friendly, helpful and attentive host. I don't know if she knows this, but she brings out the best in her clients. So breakfast with the other guests is like a very relaxed, entertaining family gathering. We've stayed here before and we'll stay here again. Definitely.

Review 34：The location was terrific. The room was large, elegant and very comfortable over-looking the town square. It was not English friendly but that never bothers me. We are visiting THEIR country. The breakfast was lovely. Ainsa is within driving distance to the park for hikes. There are plenty of restaurants in town and a fun belfry to climb for an outstanding view of the surroundings outside of this quaint medieval village.

Review 38：Problems with the hot water. This shouldnt be a negative, as we wereoffered a change of hotel but elected to stay here as it is so lovely,and recieved a discount on our bill....but....be aware.

Review 39：Beautiful Location. Small hotel(6 Rooms) In a quiet square in a medievalvillage. Views are spectacular, and there are several restaurants astones throw away. We ate Tapas at the bar on the corner on the way in.10/10.
