Review 1：We loved the fact everything, the staff room, pool was tip top. Friendly, very clean and what we mostly enjoyed was the feeling from the staff that we are important to them. Making our small wishes come true. Yes to Hotel Flamingo with a bright BIG golden star. We are surely coming back !!!

Review 2：- Air conditioner was poor. - Paid Wifi poor signal and speed. - Room was in ground floor and noise from street until late time.

Review 4：It is right at the beach with the nicest bars and restaurants around. also the street is nicer than all the other hotels around. We reached early and they offered us breakfast , which was amazing. On the last day we payed for late checkout but our flight got delayed and the hotel staff let us stay there till 4 in the morning for free. Also they specially arranged for light breakfast for us at that time. I have never seen such hospitality before. Its good value for money.

Review 6：No air conditioning, had to sleep with window open, extremely noisy from street partying all night long! Half board didn't include drink, not even water!

Review 8：Wifi dropped when we didn't use it for 2 minutes, and we could only buy 15 minutes, 1 hour or 24 hours - which was a big jump when we didn't need that much.

Review 9：Amazing view from sea view room, great buffet meals. Good shower/bath and very clean bathrooms overall. Really enjoyed using the facilities, especially when our flight wasn't till the evening so we checked out and went to the beach for the day, leaving luggage in their secure room. When we came back sandy and salty expecting to just get on the plane a little bedraggled, we were offered the use of the shower attached to the indoor pool and given towels, shampoo, soap and everything we needed to get cleaned up. A small thing for the hotel to do, but it really made a difference and topped off a great stay!

Review 11：Food and drinks are included. Its a 5 minute walk from all the best clubs. Food is actually good, no need to go to restaurants, because food at times is actually better in the hotel than in restaurants.

Review 13：The staff is great. Very friendly and always in a good mood. The food was good with a huge choice everyday. The location is in the very center of Platja de Palma, it can be noisy. The beach is just 1min walk.

Review 14：Where do I begin: Adults only really means 18-30 groups who like their music and banter loud, even on the sunbed right next to you. Rowdy behaviour by these youths. Noise almost 24/7 from marauding drunks chanting, bawling and shouting till 6am - then some of this shower slam doors all over the hotel and thump their clogs directly above 'sleeping' guests like a herd of elephants. And for that reason the hotel and location is not suitable for 'grown ups'! The hotel should be honest about it's suitability for certain age groups, or unsuitability, as in our in case. 'All inclusive' isn't what you would have expected, it only applied to the local grog! If you wanted drinkable wine or even the most basic branded spirits (11 euro per bottle in shops) you had to pay 3 euro per measure and they were the smaller measures I've ever had in any Spanish resort. Wifi at 5 euro per day is a complete rip off as well. Playa de Palma is the German equivalent of Magaluf only ten times bigger, but unlike Magaluf, the drunks pollute the resort with their extreme anti social din, bellowing en-mass, mooning, spitting etc etc almost 24/7. This is one huge dump, give it a wide berth or suffer the worst holiday of your life, unless you like all of the above that is!

Review 15：Most staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was quite nice but not great. It's right on the sea front but also 'the strip' unfortunately.

Review 16：It is located in a German resort! We did not realise this when booking and ended being the only English in the hotel, and pretty much the only ones in the resort! Our air con did not work in the room and although it was report, it was never fixed.

Review 17：A great hotel, right on the promenade and the beach and nestled in between all the bars and restaurants. Nice restaurant with the option to sit inside or by the pool. The all inclusive food was brilliant, loads of choice, hard to resist! We had a split level apartment with two balconys that overlooked the pool. Wifi was 15 euros for a week and worked well.

Review 26：it was overbooked. :-( means finally you had to be happy to get a room. even if you booked and payed already months ago. my friends were sent to another hotel of this Company. what they sell as "sea-view-room" is ridiculous. get a room in the first floor towards a side-street. could see the sea very very little between the houses. but seems to be enough for this Hotel to sell this room for a higher price as "sea-view-room".

Review 29：Excellent location for whole beach, hotel right in front of it. Most of staff friendly. Bus stop next to hotel, 1.50 euro one way to Palma, 3.00 euro one way to airport. Nice food.

Review 30：Food was not of 4 star standard. No drinks in the mini bar even though we were all-inclusive, only water on day 1 which is very poor. However we will definitely stay again as overall we enjoyed it.

The food was excellent - a lot of fruit, seafood etc. All inclusive drinks - very nice, vine was delicious. On our last day we checked out at 12:00 as supposed to, but since our plane was in the evening we spend some time in hotel lobby - we could leave our luggage while shopping and when we came back we could have all inclusive lunch even though we had already checked out. We totally enjoyed our stay there!

Review 34：The hotel is well located in front of the beautiful beach, on the other hand, the neighbourhood isn't that great. Too many strip clubs and street sellers trying to push you whatever they can. But as other have commented, it's not the hotel's fault.

So many things that very negative that I don't knowfrom where to start. -Horrible staff, very unfriendly, made us feel likein ghetto or in prison. My specialanti kudo for the manager of this hotel who is more than unprofessional.- food at restaurant. Was impossible to stay inside because of the smell. Uneatable food. We had all inclusive package but never even had a breakfast there - installations. Who said its a 4 star hotel? For me it looked like a **S or maximum ***. I don't know who gave them the forth star. Probably they bribed a lot. - paid Internet that doesn't work at room. No comments. After having paid 10 euros for 1 day Internet connection it didnt work at all. - location. In front of our windows there were prostitutes during the evening/night doing their duties. Not to say we witnessed few amazing spectacles just next to our room: girls piiing on the street just in front, Same girls doing their job ( guess what?) with some German completely drunk guys, and of course not to forget the October fest just next to this hotel....songs and screams of extremely drunk Germans and other October feat lovers all night long.... I would continue my list of negatives but really don't even want to spend my time on remembering this horrible experience....

Review 40：German football fans, who could bawl "Ole, ole, ole...." starting at 2 or 7 am. But it's not the Hotel's guilt, it's just the Playa de Palma in general.

Review 41：The hotel is very nice place to stay because of friendly personnel, tasty meals and seaside location. The hotel is not very big, but I see it as an advantage. It's not crowdy the dinning room and always wide choice of meals (including well-cooked seafood). It's located in the centre of Playa de Palma and next to the bus station (bus 21 from airport and buses 15&25 from Palma). Wifi costs 15 EUR for one week and the speed is great for Mallorca. The rooms are good and convenient. Hotel's next to the great beach - the sea was warm and calm in the august.

Review 42：the area was full of drunken german youths partying until 6am drinking out of buckets on the promenade I felt unsafe. Gangs of black women accosting single guys and pick pocketing/robbing. Also open urination and inlimited sleazy lap dancing clubs in general an unsafe uncomfortable resort

Ten's ofthousands of uber-drunk guys (mostly) deleriously singing. Not quiteSpain, not quite Germany, so I named it Spermany. Air conditioningbordered on the criminally smelly, moldy and ineffective.

I went with my 27 year old daughter, I think we were the only British at the hotel and resort, most if not all were German, partying from morning right through the night. i wish i had researched this hotel and resort more. the bar and restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Review 50：We liked the location - right in front of the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too. Room was very nice - I can't say when it was last renovated but it all looked quite new, nicely furnished and decorated. Rooms are not huge, but then you don't go for a beach holiday to spend much time in your room I presume. We had asked for a seaview room, and paying extra we did get one - and it was absolutely worthwhile spending that little extra! All in all we had a really great holiday there.

Review 53：This is a very nice hotel in an awful place, drunks everywhere and I had no sleep til 6.30am in the morning the noise was horrendous with all night parities on the beach and drunken neighbours next to my room and in the street below. the Manager was most apologetic.. I could not criticise one other thing, food great, people friendly lovely view of the Ocean but outside the hotel a real zoo of drunks ... lovely market tho!

Review 54：We liked everything in the hotel, not a bad word at all. Not hotel related, but the only one bad experience in Mallorca is the AQUAPARK - expensive (24 € per head), crowded, full of people, 20 minutes waiting for each slide !!! Avoid it !!!

Review 57：Cleansing servce: cleaning lady forgot to replace some ot the towels ondaily basis and actually never replaced a soap or shower cream in a weektime .... however if you ask for it, you obviously can get it ...All inclusive buffet: between lunch and dinner there were only toasts or burger/ fries provided. I would personally welcome variety of food to snack on such as fruits, salads, etc. Over all good experience, we had good time and would revisit a hotel Flamingo again.
