Review 1：- They promised us an apartment in the upper floor and they gave us one in the ground floor just in front of the pool where everyone passes in front of your terrace and windows bye bye privacy! - Definitely cleanliness is not one of its strengths. Our bed was full of dust, and there were cobwebs and lots of ants all over the apartment. We told them and they did nothing, only gave us a spray to solve it by ourselves - We stayed two days without hot water. The TV didn't work well and WiFi was really poor. - Noisy sometimes in the lunch time

Review 3：There is no air-conditionning or ceiling-fan, so it can get very hot in July and therefore we had problems with sleeping.

Review 4：very lovely seaview from our apartment, very friendly and helpful staff, good parking facilities, it was a real pleasure to admire the sunsets from our studio, luckily we mostly had considerate neighbours because there are a lot of studios bundled together.

There is a nice local bar in the apt complex and a great pool. The location is perfect, easy drive to many incredible beaches. Would definitely recommend these apartments.

Review 16：The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The wifi is terrible. It would be friendly of the managers if they kept some basic things in the kitchen that their guest will buy and only a little (like salt and seasonings, oliveoil...)

Review 17：The location was very good, at a small urbazined area near Fornells and overlooking a beautiful bay. Every appartment has views of the sea and we could enjoy the sunset from our balcony every evening! The kitchenete had everything we needed in terms of equipment. The apartment was very spacious.

The owners are very nice & helpful, and though there was an initial mistake about which unit we had booked, they immediately corrected the problem. It's mostly very quiet (except for the sound of the sea), and while a bit more out of the way then staying in Fornells, it's easy to get to shops or town. Perfect place to totally relax, with access to more if you want. We didn't want to leave!

Review 57：Paco the manager / proprietor, and his staff, were extremely friendly and helpful in all respects. The location was idyllic and the whole complex although a bit dated was very well cared for and clean and tidy. In all the six of us in our group were very happy with the whole holiday.
