Review 1：The breakfast was not varied..it was the same throughout our 10 day stay.

Review 2：The proximity to the train station and to the mall is superb.Entertainment area is great and so is the breakfast area and the beautiful couches and that whole area.

Review 5：No coffee maker in the room, though the booking confirmation mentioned it specifically. Did not bother to complain as we were there only for a couple of days. The two single beds were very creaky.

Review 7：Really enjoyed our stay in this college town. The 1 bedroom apartment was very compact, but had a nice kitchen and bathroom, with the toilet in a separate room. TV had 8 English speaking channels. Great location, walking a half mile to the small boat harbor on the River Oise. Good restaurants too. Great location for touring the region. Fabulous buffet breakfast, with crepes and eggs cooked to order, that is included in the rate, along with free parking.

Review 8：My nightie disappeared after cleaning, probably scooped up with the sheets. Although the staff promised to chase up the laundry service, I have heard nothing more and there has been no offer of compensation.

Review 14：A good 10 minutes walk with children from the nearest RER station which at the time we stayed in the Olivarius was closed for refurbishment (not the hotel's fault) however we had to catch a RER-supplied bus from the closed station to the next station which added a good half hour to our journeys both ways. Our accommodation was fine except for the dirty sofa. Most of the walls in the apartment were wallpapered and the remaining walls would have added comfort had they been wallpapered too. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Review 19：The hotel and rooms are fantastic,great size and layout with everything you need for a family stay. As well as being in a good location for Paris there also some great activities available in the local park- beach, surfing, water skiing and climbing etc. Also a good local shopping mall-3 fountains, next to station. Hotel staff are great as is the breakfast and the free pool tables and parking. Cergy is a bit of a rough diamond

Review 22：Bedrooms being set out around the reception/bar area means noise from the bar when children trying to sleep. Music stopped at 11 but had the hotel been busier, noise may have carried on. One night a strong smell of cigarette smoke was very noticeable in the children's room for a period of time. But the other 2 nights nothing, so we didn't complain.

Review 28：Wish I had brought my kids to this place when younger. Great little set up. Good base for Paris as the number 45 bus stop is just up the road. Takes you to Pontoise station. From there it is just a 30 minute journey in to Paris. Costs about 12 euro per person to Commute to Paris. The hotel is different from anything I have seen before. The rooms have a small fitted kitchen . So you can actually cook a proper meal . Perfect for helping to keep the costs down. Plenty of space outside the rooms too. Great for families with young kids . Buffet breakfast starts at 6.30 and seams to go on for ever. Big choice and plenty of it too. However it is the staff that make this place. They are just so normal. Friendly and helpful . Most of them speak English really well too.

Review 29：There was so many noise mostly for whom they slept in the inside rooms. My room was so near the kitchen and from 6 o' clock am I was suffering for breakfast's preparation.

Review 39：These are only minor flaws that have to be looked at in the light of personal requirements: It is a pleasant 1h trip by bus&train in/out of the city center. One has to get used to the modern "mall atmosphere" inside (it is quite in the rooms!) At a close look some spots could do with a little bit refurbishing when this season is over

Review 40：All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpfull. The aicon 3 room appartment was clean, spacius and ideal for a family with older children. At breakfeat there were different breads, cakes, cold meats, cheese, fresh fruit, dairy products, choice of egg dishes, hot and big choice of cold drinks and cereals that gave all of us a headstart into the day (might even have forgotten something). At 5min walk there are varius good restaurants by a small yacht harbour.

Review 42：Close to railway station and not far from Paris. We stayed there with my family - children aged 8 and 11 - to show them Paris and it was very comfortable and clean room for us. Even though we stayed there only for 5nights we enjoyed it. Breakfast was really good - the only thing we missed was vegetable, otherwise everything was ok.

Review 57：Everything in the hotel was nearly perfect. Clean, calm, practical.Spacious room that catered comfortably for me, my wife and two daughters(11 & 16). Breakfast is amazing. Nice area. Walking through thegarden to Cergy Prefecture rer Station takes 8 minutes of lovelypromenade. Bus # 38 takes 5 minutes from rer station to 50 meters fromthe hotel.

Review 59：The staff helped us order food for delivery from two separate restaurants. Bartender was so nice and eager to please. The bed was actually comfortable, which is usually not the case in Europe. We travel all over Europe and for the price and room space it can't be beat. The location is not down town Paris but a 10 min walk to the train station is no problem. Free pool tables and parking garage. Modern and retro hotel. The breakfast was great. Plenty of items to choose from and the bread was fresh and warm.

Review 104：The hotel was good for the area. My wife and I travelled here to attend a wedding in a neighboring village. The immediate area around this hotel didn't feel great or particularly welcoming, but the hotel was fine. Very modern, sleek, minimalist look and appearance. The room was clean and overall was a good stay. Definitely too expensive for what it was. But there weren't many other options. Free breakfast was included which was ok. Standard French with pastries and some cereal and stuff for the Americans.

Someone had obviously thought a lot about what you need in a hotel - everything worked brilliantly and there was nothing missing. Plenty of plug sockets, a dishwasher, free wifi, a bar, big fridge two bedrooms, dining area. Lounge, separate toilet, opening windows plus air conditioning, garage parking. As we sat in the bar there was a moment when we asked ourselves if it really was £80 per person, rather than £80 per night. It is a great budget hotel. The breakfast was amazing!

Review 122：Depressing cement color walls of lobby and rooms. A bit of paint would do wonders to this property. Rooms nit being cleaned Regularly(only Mondays) u need to request at reception for cleaning early morning. towels not being replaced unless you ask at reception. It is about 3o minutes drive to eiffel tower. Not suitable for someone without a car. I had a car so no issues.
