Review 9：The apartment wasn't clean, a cair seat was broken we nearly fellthrough, there was mould on the ceiling,a big sticky stain on the floor,the hot plates didn't work and when I turned one on some of thelights fused. I went to reception but was told nothing could be donethey would send a technician in the morning - no one turned up. I saw acandle in the reception and asked to borrow it. Our blue key for entrydid not work and had to be reprogrammed and it still didn't work forthe garage . We wanted to put the car in the garage but were told it wasfull - it wasn'T. When we did get it in the door did not open andthe receptionist said they couldn't do anything , what so we have tostay the rest of out lives in there. Finally after insisting they pickedup a remote on the desk and walked outside to open the door. The toiletwas black at the base. The check in was 3pm but we were told thecleaning wasnt finished and we had to come back at 4pm. We had arrivedat 7am from Australia and we were tired.

Review 14：TV didnt have a power cable and no one has provided me besides of my many complaints. The breakfast in the first day did not have both juices and coffee, and in the second day coffee was provided, given a broken cappuccino machine. The thing I did not like at all was the bed linen and set up. It was not clean or set up the bed when I arrived. Clearly it was not washed from the previous tenant. I complained to no avail. There is no one to clean or organize the rooms, at least I did no seem them during my 3 days stay.

Review 15：somo of the staff tried hard to help, but their effort couldnt solve the problems I experienced. Good to be really close to the ReR station in cergy le haut, but perhaps a simple hotel at same price and in Paris would be more interesting.

Review 16：Lack of adequate cooking pots ,Large and medium sizes and proper knife for a family sized apartment like mine,Lack mof regular cleaning,that takes 1-week and no sweeping brushes and dustpan to do some temporary cleaning myself and some sort of free access to some non occupants without access code who hang outside for someone to open the security doors from inside and they come in .Non regular presence of receptionist at some certain critical hours of the day and arrival times of guest new to Paris.

Review 44：Right on the Avenue Verte so very convenient for our trip, nice to have your own kitchen facilities, nice sized room with big dressing table and very clean.

Review 45：First impression : its filthy, disgusting and stinks! Carpets were vile. When I spoke to the receptionist, she admitted there was a problem with the big appartment we were in, but could not do anything to help. We spent 40€ on cleaning stuff and set to work ( after driving for 6 hours!) At least the bed sheets were clean . The kitchenette was handy with big fridge and dishwasher. Location was ok but is out in zone 5 for train so trip into paris long and expensive. Found it easier to drive for 20 mins to nearer metro station. Really, you get what you pay for, perfect for group of travellers but not for families with children.

Review 66：Check in arrangements. We arrived on a Sunday when the hotel is not staffed. We eventaually found a small notice that told us to ring a number. When we did we were given a code to get in. It didn't work. They tried another code which finally let us in and were able to get a key. We probably more than doubled the cost of the apartment in the long phone call charged at global roaming rates. It would have been good to have been given clear instructions before arriving.

Review 70：This hotel came up under Bookings.Com's Versailles location. Sounded nice, so we booked it, only to discover Cergny Le Haut is dozens of KMs away from Versailles and we had no car. Tries to cancel, realizing we might be penalized the first night....but got stuck for the whole 3 nights. BOO for Booking's misleading website and refusal to try to get the minimum penalty for a mistake that Bookings at least partly shares the blame for! :(

But after patient one hour waiting we found out reception closed. It was Easter weekend so reception closed for two days. Emergency phone number was not working. Next morning breakfast serving man given me some manager phone number but what I could do just leave voicemail. So we stayed for three nights in apartment with no hot water and no help. I’m just wondering what if we would lose the keys…

Review 78：I think the requirements of the guests could be a little more diplomatically put. After all the guests make it pay. I'm thinking of the vague suggestion that the guests should hoover the appartment. The kitchen ok, but the rest the hotel should take care of. Just my opinion based on other accomodation. I thought the door separating the reception and the appartments could do with a lick of paint and the rubbish on the front lawn picked up ( a 5 minute job). The dustbin at the main entrance should either be emptied regularly or removed.

Review 82：-Towel change is weekly. It was very bad surprise for me. I paid 5.5€to make change towel set. It is daily basis free of charge inequivalent hotel. -Room door clocking system was damaged. Nobodychecked it before giving the room to me. Receptionist Mohamed did notaccept to change the room, I waited 45 minutes for technicianreparation. It was unsuccesful. Finally, he was persuaded to change myroom with functional door one. -One thing highly disturbed me, he askedto come downstairs to change the room. Normally, it was his mistake notto check the door. And he should come to upstairs, to accompagn me togive new room. -Wireless Internet is not available. Cable Internetspeed is very low, around 1 Mbps.

Review 83：Close to rer-a train station (300m). It has mini kitchen with electriccooker, microwave oven, kettle, cafe-maker with necessary cookingutensils. Electric room heating system is efficient. Hot water isavailable from 06:00 until 22:00h.
