Review 1：WIFI with bad quality and only at the reception. Little bit anonymous atmosphere compared to a classical surfcamp, but thats normal in a hotel

Review 22：Staff were really abrupt and hard work to talk to. In addition, there was building work happening around the pool where the work men were using heavy duty road work drills. The noise was horrendous. When I asked reception why notice was given to guests about building work as it was extremely disruptive for our holiday when we wanted to relax by the pool. The staff at reception said if I didn't like it I could leave. We were extremely unimpressed by the attitude. We had a day where work men were drilling into the floor near to us and dust was blowing all over us. The building work also meant the pool bar was closed. I would be careful booking this hotel as one whole block is currently closed off. They are obviously in the process of renovating it which could mean months of disruption. They will continue to allow bookings. We were originally placed in a studio apartment in the main block facing the road. It was dark and dingy and horrible. It was like a hostel. Nothing like the pictures. We asked to upgrade and were placed in a one bedroom apartment in a different block. This block had already been renovated and was like a different hotel. The only issue in that room was the noise. You can hear everything that happens next door. We had a crying child all night so were slightly unfortunate. We bought the wifi for the week. The staff told us that we needed a router for 36 euros for the week however the poster on the wall said 16-18 for the week. When we asked them we got the same response which was we needed a router. I think they were trying to tell us the router is better but their English wasn't good. I would like to think they were not trying to rip us off. It is not far from the main strip and a taxi back is only 3 euros. It is on the coast but no beach. It was very windy!!!!!

Review 57：I had an apartment overlooking the road and facing apartments opposite. I was aware of this before I booked (it was cheaper). If you value your peace and privacy then pay a little more for a pool side apartment. My only other minor point is that there was only one spare electrical socket in the room (that I could find).

Review 58：The studio apartments are well maintained, very clean and central (in the old town area of Corralejo). They're compact and have a small kitchenette (I just used it as a base so I didn't self-cater but the fridge was very handy). Perfect for a solo traveler and for couples who want good budget accomodation IMO. The pool area is nice and the staff were excellent - very helpful and efficient. Free wi-fi in the reception area.

Review 59：No AC or ventilation system.. very hot in the room at night and open the door of the balcony will bring to much noise in the room. Free wifi takes minutes to connect and when you are conected most of the times there is no internet conectivity. Paid wifi it's way too expensive, 6eur - my carrier gets me free internet in roaming for 4 eur.

One employee with a beard first critizised my attempt to speak to him in spanish and then he seriously told me in english that he wants to hit me for my spanish. not that I was scared, but I was quite shocked that this just really happened. not that he looked as if he would be a real threat, but that was probably the weirdest thing I have ever heard in situations where I was a paying guest. the other girl at the counter, veronica, was very polite snd helpful and seemed to be shoked too, but she reacted in a really good way. so all in all, I ve been there several times, but this was probably the last time.

Review 62：No air conditioner and bed are not really comfortable. Its not the kind of bed that you want to stay longer and wake up late on your holidays. 8-9 in the morning you wake up because is very warm in the room and the bed is very hard (also the pillow is like a stone)

Review 64：This place is magic! The hotel staff and the surf instructors are great and you immediately feel at home and among friends, rather than just in a hotel. Several guests are on their own and there are plenty of opportunities to make friends once you get there, through the surf course, or just by hanging near the swimming pool.
