Review 1：There could have been more facilities. The club opens on wednesday. One cleaning lady dropped all the clean bed sheets on the dirty floor. Not a good thing when you are allergic on dust mites.

Review 2：Really nice staff at the lobby. Classy interior that we really liked. The location was perfect because it's only one minute walk to the city center. Got sea side of the hotel with no extra charge.

Review 3：Unfortunately the hotel is a bit oldfashioned and would need some renovation and modernisation. Currently the hotel is not on the level that you would expect from a four-star hotel. Also the staff should be more friendly towards its customers. 180 euro price per night offered us a poor price-quality ratio.

Review 4：Location is perfect in the city centre and just next to the sea. There is a nice outdoor pool with many seats to spend time in the sun. Hotel room bed is very comfortable.

Review 7：Well, the hotel turns into a disco at 22 p.m. Restaurant is outdoor and buzzing like in a pub. Food limited and kitchen closes at 22p.m. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Absolutely not worth the money. Refused to charge me a single room instead of double. Breakfast not a 4 star. Furnishnig outdated and I got a suite. Wifi didn't reach my room and it wasn't the last room on the floor.

Review 10：Although we were on a high floor there was a lot of noise from the street. There were people revving motorbikes late at night and the noise from the night club just up the road was very loud until around 03:00. Then in the morning we had the noise of street cleaning machines. Our room was on the opposite side to the water front where we had expected it to be quieter. Unfortunately we had to sleep with the balcony door wide open as our room was so hot. The bar inside the hotel was never open. The only bar was the one by the pool. We were disappointed there was nowhere to get coffee and a snack during the day. Surprisingly there was little disturbance from the casino.

Review 11：The hotel was extremely convenient for the convention centre. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom very well equipped with separate bath and shower.

No one said thank you for staying here when checking out. No one asked if we had enjoyed our visit there, at Arkipelag. And no one said welcome back. We will not stay here again. Review 52：Standard rooms are large and cosy. Outdoor pool area during summertime is nice and absolute favorite of kids. Great location.

The biggest minus is however the fact that we weremade to pay more than what the booking.com site confirmed us. Thedifference wasn't big, but as an incident quite annoying. I showedthe staff our confirmation, with the price given, but they did notcare.. So that was poor customer service from their side.

Review 64：A concrete building from the 70ties, with a lot of steel in it. Soforget your Wifi - it simply does not work. But the airco works, always,desperately trying to switch it of. Then the great sauna they promise:yep, from 7 to 10 pm, not really convenient times. Summary: the worstvalue for money.

Review 65：Wifi didn't always work. Weak signal in my room. Okay signal in reception area. And okay signal in restaurant. Smoking is allowed on the balconies. And that means if your window is open, the smoke from your neighbor blows right in to your room. Coffee at breakfast could be better, the coffee in the reception area is good, so if they could use the same machine both places, that would solve the problem.

Review 66：The staff was friendly and helpful, no problem sending faxes for me or ordering taxis or helping me find places in Mariahamn. Breakfast was nice. Cleaning staff very pleasant as well, and rooms were extremely clean.
