Review 1：The room was exceptionally small with two single beds only for my wife and I. The balcony was over looked by the apartment next door. The actual apartment was dated and in need of upgrading especially in the bathroom, leaking taps and toilet and a cracked hand basin. Precious little equipment in the kitchen.

Review 2：The poolside and facilities are effectively open to the public and regularly used by them. Despite advertising and signage that this complex as for paying guests only. There is no evidence that this is enforced even after reporting this to the reception manager.

Review 7：Most of the apartments have a sea or pool view but for the ones that don't - which we got was a street view and horrendously noisey with young children. We asked to get moved but were told there was no availability until the following week. Didn't really buy this as we could see people departing every day from the complex so that was disappointing. Didn't get one decent nights sleep. Understand it was Ibiza but it was more the noise of the bus stops right outside and motorbikes etc. Apartments are also very small

Review 10：I loved the sea view the rooms were a good size, its a great family hotel with family bars and restaurants in the complex & surrounding areas, there is also a water taxi which takes you to san antonio for 3 euro each which is convenient & right on your doorstep

Review 11：Pool area was spotless clean and safe. Felt comfortable having young children around the pool. Complex was in a great location. Close to everything. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay in playa bells again if visiting Ibiza.

Review 12：The apartment was very dated, could benefit from upgrading. It was also overlooked by other properties. The balconies we all connected so easy to move between them, not very secure. We requested a cot for our baby it wasn't in the room when we arrived. Also had to request a microwave as it wasnt there on arrival even though it was listed in the facilities when booking.

Review 14：Was staying in a one bed apartment.but was a lot smaller than the one stayed in last time I stayed there.the room needed an update loose tiles on floor and bathroom looking very grubby also air con broke a couple of times.In my opinion not worth the money we paid for it.

Review 18：- The half board food is connected with restaurant next to the hotel. The menu is the same for the whole week with some variants which were with bad quality as preparation- The hotel has Air-Condition but was constantly set to 26 degrees and wasn't able to be changed. Even was 34 degrees and more outside, the Air condition was pretty poor - The paid WiFi is 20 euro for a week but the download speed was not more than 200-300kb/s and its applicable only for 2 devices - There is a TV with some cable/SAT tv but not more than 20 25 different channels, no music channel and only 1 English children channel - The hotel was noisy at night which was an issue for family with 2 years old child - There is no facilities at the room for self cleaning. Was provided once was requested. Cleaning was once of 2-3 days and many people was throwing trash by themselves outside. - No soap, shampoo or shower gel was available

Review 21：What I did not like is that my room did not get clean after a week of me staying there and we hat to keep asking reception when the room would get cleaned and when asked one off the cleaners she was not friendly. And when my room did get cleaned the cleaner did not clean the room properly and found myself cleaning the room and having to ask for towels.

Review 23：First occupant of a newly refurbished studio, done to a standard beyond expectations. Perfect for all ages, children's play pool very well utilised and next to a sandy beach with a ferry service into San Antonio Marian.

Review 24：Having to pay for the wifi, this is the first time we've had to pay, which didn't work unless you were in the reception area or by the pool. Most hotels give free wifi. If we had free wifi we would do of ate more at the Playa Bella

Review 26：The rooms are nothing like advertised we got a studio that was very small, cramped and grubby. We had a view of the road side and renovations were going on at the hotel across the road. Seemed like a lot if the rooms are being renovated so maybe in a few weeks time they could all be up to a better standard

Some rooms had amazing views of the sea. Good restaurants all around the complex. Great pool scene for kids, plenty to do for kids at the complex.

Review 32：I only booked into this hotel for one night as the hotel I was staying in didn't have availability on the Saturday. When I got there (about 1:30am) the receptionist was not over friendly. There was a lad unconscious outside and despite pleas from passerbys he wasn't interested. To be fair this lad was clearly drunk but in a bad way. I walked to my apartment and the lift was broken. There was also a trail of blood that had been dripped along the corridor for a fair distance up the stairs, past my door. It was also outside on the main floor. When I checked out at 11am the blood was still there and when there are people (especially children)running around with no shoes on it is unacceptable. Comparing it to 3 star hotels I have stayed in before in San Antonio on first impressions it did not deserve that rating. I would not recommend it as a self catering facilities as the kitchen area was extremely limited.

Review 34：Playa Bella facilities where great for our kids, pool with slides and right on the beach worked great for us. The resturante offered an excellent menu that was value for money and the food that that bit better than the usual offerings from the surrounding eateries. The staff where courteous and helpful.

Review 41：Stayed here with my 2 children aged 7 and 5. Fantastic facility for children. Entertainment at night was brilliant and very suitable for all ages. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. 2 on sight restaurant and both were excellent. Would definately recommend the playa bella.
