Review 1：The area is an isolated set of apartments, so exclusively focused in tourism. Not integrated in a 'native' town. Some noisy night party, til not very late. Both things can be good or bad depending on your preferences.

Review 3：The staff was superfriendly. For me, the location of the village was not optimal, since without a car you have only basic facilities as suermarket and a couple of restaurants and bars in walking distance. On the other hand, people prbably come here to relax and not move too much - or by car, so I don't think this is really an issue. Nice terrace with sea view.

Review 4：The room is really basic, no air con and only one slow fan in the roof of the room. The closets of the room were not very well cleaned, safe key was not given. Overall it was ok. The hotel is great, and is nice, but the rooms are just ok.

Review 6：Facilities weren't that great, there's just a pool to keep kids amused in the daytime which was fine but at night we had to venture further afield for entertainment which wasn't a problem.

Review 7：Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Nice and peaceful atmosphere most of the time and great views from the apartments if you booked a room with a sea view. Rooms were spotless, cleaned every day and towels changed daily too.

Review 10：There is a need to update the kitchen in terms of cabinets and plumbing. The cabinet knob simply stayed in my hand when I tried to open it the first time. I could see that other drawers and cabinets had suffered same fate since the wood seems very old and tired. The kitchen sink was gurgling loud strange sounds and the tap was dripping thorughout the day on random occassions. The rooms are only equipped with a fan - not A/C - and the heat can be unbearable. Also, bring earplugs. The kids used them on Tuesdays and Thursdays when there was live music and we used them in the early mornings (6 AM) when the village is woken up by a flock of chirping birds - chirping goes on for a couple of hours. The breakfast is alright but I'd skip the dinner.

Review 11：The staff was really helpful and the view from our room was amazing facing both the pool, the sea and the sunset. The facilities are kept clean and the hotel is close to a small supermarket and 2-3 restaurants. In general, it is a decent hotel for the price. We rented a car during our stay so my experiences are based on a stay where you don't depend on the hotel 24/7.

Review 12：The shower, it was impossible to get water at a constant temperature. The bed was also a problem, there were two separate beds and matrasses no fine for couples in love.

Review 16：It was a bit far out but we had a hired car. There was nowhere to walk to after supper. You had to return early in order to find parking near to the hotel. The swimming pool was not warm!!

Review 21：we didn't have a microwave or a mop which might be handy if we were staying longer. I saw apts with microwaves. a 3 ring hob was basically all you get. where a kettle and toaster would also be useful.

Review 27：If driving there it is difficult to find. It is on the left at the bottom of the hill after the Cactus restaurant. The sign is a bit hidden and we took ages to find it. Air conditioning would be good but the fan was ok.

Review 28：Superb views of the sea and a spacious pool which is cleaned each day. Lovely setting with a bar overlooking the sea and a superb barman Mouloud who is so friendly and makes great cocktails! 10 minute taxi to Fornells is well worth it - lovely harbour with market. Beaches are better in the south if you have a car but great beaches around the complex for snorkelling. We don't like 'butlins' style entertainment which is just as well as the occasional entertainment was traditional flamenco and Spanish guitar which was fab. Would definitely recommend!

Review 53：On arrival we were directed to our apartment which we had to get to by going down a considerable number of steep steps (about 3 flights) carrying heavy cases and on departure we had to carry them back up again. There is no lift. We bought some drinks shortly after arriving, they were served in small plastic vending machine cups and were half empty we were charged 6 euros for 4 lemonades and 2 waters. The was very close to the apartment and there were sunbeds just outside of the bedroom windows. People were shouting, screaming and jumping in the pool at 9.30 at night when we were trying to get our small children to sleep. The website described the kitchen as 'full kitchen facilities.' This is stretching the truth somewhat when there was no oven and not even a kettle. The kitchen was three units wide and there was very little in terms of cooking implements. Two of the kitchen drawers were broken and could not be opened. There was dirt in the drawer where a clean tea towel was placed. The furniture in all areas was falling apart and had seen better days. There was satellite TV but all the channels are Spanish and the TV is one of the smallest possible portable sized I have seen. The hotel is a long way from the beach and it is a long trek uphill to get back there. Not a great place to visit with young children.

Review 56：Good location for us as a family.Hotel food good.Many were staying all inclusive & were very satisfied.We only stayed one week & had two evening meals which were excellent value.The rest of the time we ate at the local restaurants which were also very reasonable & suited us as they were very Spanish, If you prefer more basic you could not do better than the hotel restaurant The rooms were spacious & cleaned daily. Pool great We had a car & explored the many beautiful beaches & went scuba diving ,horse riding, waterpark etc

Review 57：People should be warned of the huge number of steps down to the accomodation.There is nobody to take your luggage and no lift.The rooms had not been inspected by housekeeping,hence the ceiling fans did not work,the AC did not work,there was not enough crockery for the number of people.None of these problems could be solved until the following day.Very poor first impression.

Review 58：The cleanning service is reasonable poor! The coffee in the restaurante is really bad! From the room is always very noise during the day, because the pool was dominated by shouting children!
